The lumber Guys would not help get a good post off of the bundle to match all the material Customer spent thousands of there hard earned money just to have 2 guys try and force material on a contractor

What the subject line says! Shannon was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. She pointed me in the direction of all the products that I needed and I was out the door super quick!

We've been looking for a new electric range for a few weeks, and doing some research online and in other stores. When we walked in the kitchen section, we were immediately assisted by a friendly employee at the store. We walked out less than 30 minutes later with the promise that our new appliance will be delivered in just a few days. It was an easy and efficient experience. Thank you.

My wife and we're looking at some tile that was on a clearance shelf. We couldn't locate the sale price. "Carl" came by and provided it for us. He noticed we were counting the items available on the shelf. He offered to check their stock to see if more were available. There were. Carl went the extra mile to go get the stocked items for us so we wouldn't have to make a special trip. We will look for Carl in future visits!

The group taking care of the pro desk are AWESOME. They are always friendly and helpful in every way! If you find yourself needing help...ask for Neena....Dale Jenn... or Gayleen .... You will be taken care of with pleasure!

ONLY HAD 1 PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT AT HOME DEPOT.

I am remodeling my kitchen and have found this store has a great selection of flooring and backsplash products.

Our treatment at the West Asheville Home Depot dwarfs anything we have experienced at any other home improvement store. From the managers to the regular employees, we were never ignored as is typical in these types of stores but in fact, were treated like royalty. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and most things in stock, this is a great store overall. And, if you are lucky enough to deal with Krystal, you will know even better what I mean. Highly recommended!

I was buying clearance holiday items, needed help making the purchase as it was a floor item with no box, and all the employees who assisted me made sure I had what I needed. I especially appreciated their willingness to stop doing their regular restocking work to help me.

Elsa Rosario (Appliance Specialist) gave us top-tier customer service. She made the stressful process of purchasing a large appliance (suddenly and unexpectedly) so smooth and simple. We recently found ourselves in urgent need of a large appliance and went to this store to get one as online searches showed they had the best price and availability of what we needed. While I'm disappointed that the refrigerator wasn't in stock, only on display, Elsa went above and beyond to help us through the selection and purchase process. This store has an incredible asset in Elsa Rosario! We will be back for our future needs.

Went in to buy some Christmas lights and ended up spending 350.00. Couldn't resist because of all the great deals.

I went to Home Depot for information about replacing a ceiling fan for better lighting. Bought a light kit. Also bought a galvanized garbage can for bird seed. In both areas, the salesmen were helpful and knew about the products.

Bryan provided a ton of help on my patio project. Useful design tweaks to make it more diy friendly and great service getting me set up with everything I needed.

The store is spacious and employees were courteous.

Lots less expensive than Haywood Appliance and better service too.

I am so pleased with my visit today. A special shout out to Christina, who works in the garden center, was sent to power tools. I went shopping for Father's day. She went with me and answered. She even told a customer that she was busy with me and she would help them when she was done with me. It is hard to find someone who will take the time to help you. She was pleasant, kind and respectful. She was smiling and just excellent service. Then I went to garden center and had help from Ronda. She helped me hunt a specific color which was blue. She was equally as pleasant as Christina. I had surgery a week ago today, both ladies helped me pick up stuff and took care of everything. I can't praise these women enough for who they are and how much help that they were to me. Thank you, ladies! Both of you are wonderful employees and should be praised by their bosses. Today was great and I'm so pleased with this trip to Hone Depot. These ladies really made the difference.

Krystal helped me pick out flooring and gave my prices on all phases of installation cost baseboard options and furniture removal etc. was very Patient professional and knowledgeable.

Kerry was helping the people in the store and on the phone, but so great with them both!

We had to replace a refrigerator damaged by a recent storm and, of course, this needed to happen quickly. We were assisted by employee Lexie, who did a great job making us feel comfortable and welcome. She was very knowledgeable about the products and sought out several options for us.

I had amazing experience! As a single mom and doing things on my own I wasn’t sure if I was gonna find the part I needed but i had an employee help me and he knew exactly what I needed and stayed with me throughout my whole experience to help! The parts worked and fit perfectly!
