John and Brandon were very helpful today with the purchase of our tool box. They were friendly and very knowledgeable.

I found the employee at the paint desk to be uninterested in helping me, inattentive to the information I was telling her, incompetent in her people and product skills, and very unprofessional and even a little hostile in her attitudes.

Nicole in paint is super sweet and very helpful in finding the right paint. Leronta at the cash registers was also helpful and kind.

If you are ever looking to purchase items for your home, (outside, inside building etc.) Home Depot is the place to go for the best service, information, assistance and help getting what you need. Did I mention all the discounts too...

Great store, I'm using here multiple times a week and have gotten to know some of the employees. They are all very nice and helpful

After visiting other stores this one steals my heart Everytime ,they are always willing and ready to help.

Today, I stopped in to just look at a washer nd Dryer. As I just moved to the area for new job, Jenn K. Made she she took my questions and when I want to call my wife about the great deal Jenn had, she let do that and made sure I felt like a customer, as well as a customer. I did buy the washer and dryer.

Had been shopping for a washer-dryer combo. Connie helped me determine what the differences were between 2 models I was interested in - and was also very helpful about all the "add-ons" to the purchase.

I purchased my cabinets at the Harbison Location. Chris ensured that I my kitchen was going to meet my requirements. He also kept everything in my budget.

Exceptionally surprised on Cyber Monday to find all the employees at Home Depot in seriously happy, helpful moods!

This is the cleanest most organized Home Depot I have ever been in. The friendliest staff. I’ve been shopping a different home center but this HD is much better run. Congratulations

The people at this store are super helpful and nice to you. They take the time to listen to what you want and make suggestions.

Home Depot is my go to place for all my projects and lawn/garden needs. I recently built a deck on the front of my he shed and after pricing materials from Home Depot and the other major store, Home Depot was several hundred dollars cheaper. They delivered the materials and a couple of items were missing and all it took was a quick phone call and they sent those items directly out.

I think the store is well organized, sometime is hard to find an associate to help you with things you are looking for. Connie was great in the process of buying the appliance that we were looking for. I would suggest her to answer every question that the costumer has before moving forward in the process and in special if the costumer think there was something missing or wrong, she should take the time to stop and make sure the costumer understand before moving forward.

Thank you Home Depot for doing a fabulous job. Our service Advisor Michael Y in appliances was super awesome. The items we purchase weren't in the store but we knew that going in making the purchase. We didn't have to wait for assistance, and that made for pleasant shopping.

Received great customer service from Gordon who walked me through a home repair project and helped me locate all needed supplies.

I needed help in the paint department. The two employees behind the paint counter were deep in conversation with a third employee outside the counter. I got the distinct impression my interrupting them to ask for help was quite unwelcome. Finally one employee came to help me and rushed back to the conversation. The product I was looking for was out of stock. I found it at another home improvement store. This is the third time in the past year that I've had employees at this Home Depot treat me as if my request for help was an unwelcome interruption. The only exception seems to be the garden department and the front checkouts where the employees seem consistently friendly and courteous.

Clean store, friendly associates awaiting to assist me at the self checkout line and amazing low prices :)

The Home Depot on Fernandina Road was very clean and neat, the services was great it was a very pleasant visit.
