had to reorder this item as it came damaged. Stephen was awesome in helping me.

I was looking for replacement batteries for AirTags and there were plenty in stock at this location. There is also a wide selection of other standard batteries.

In the survey we shared how good Rob was, but didn't tell about Pamela the cashier. She was very personable and offered a chair while we waited and even a water. VERY good workers.

Not on ly did they have the wood I wanted they had a saw that worked and that cut straight.

I had more than one need. Knowing little about drills, I was adequately told about differences. I went away having taken advantage of their special. The associates in every area did not leave me until we found together my specific needs.

I really think this is the best hardware store to shop. I’ve ventured out to try another store and was very disappointed. Never in decades have I had a bad experience at Home Depot.

As an engineer I don't get too excited about much of anything, but this store does do a good job of being a big box store. It is the people. They really do try to be attentive, supportive, and helpful.

The Home Depot employee went above and beyond to get me what I needed to save me another trip to the city since I live almost two hours from the closest store

Had new flooring for kitchen installed, the installers where great, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. the crew that set up the appointment and followed up, were on top of everything. My carpet in family room went well also, a fantastic installer who did a top notch job! Very happy with my upgrades and the solid customer service!!!

Great service from Gladys in the appliance Department. We were ordering a Kitchen appliance package and as she reviewed our order she found I had order a fridge wrong. You won't get that kind of service at most Big Box Stores..

I went to Home Depot expecting to be there for well over an hour by the time I found an employee and got the paint I needed. WOW I was out in less than 15 minutes! A young woman came right over, asked what I needed, showed me what I needed, carried the cans to counter, perfectly matched the color from a very old sample and gave me great advice on what to do to make sure the paint would adhere. She was so knowledgeable and nice! I walked across the aisle to checkout and got quickly checked out by really pleasant young woman and was out the door. No searching the store to find someone to help and no walking from one end of the store to the other to myself out!!

I went in to make a return and got treated poorly and disrespected by some African cashier named Stephen. The man is out of place and should not be working in customer service. The man should also learn proper American mannerisms.

Everyone there was very helpful and nice.

The folks at this store consistently go above and beyond to help me out.

Our go-to home improvement store

I bought a new front door and sidelight recently. I tried getting quotes at several places, and at the few places that could actually find an expert for me to talk to couldn't get close to matching the price of my quote from Home Depot. Casey was great and spent time making sure I got the best price and exactly what I wanted. He made the process much easier, and I ended up getting everything for a few hundred dollars cheaper than the quote because of a great sale and a perk for getting the credit card. Highly recommend this store for it's customer service.

Service Desk rep, Stephen, did not know how to order part of the order from another store & advised he was retiring soon & had no intention of learning how to do so. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. This even surprised other reps who were at the Service Desk. The floor rep, Brandi, came to the Service Desk & did outstanding job of completing the entire order. This negative review is regarding rep Stephen only.

This Home Depot is making it very easy to buy carpet and flooring for all my rooms. My experience was excellent.
