I’ve always shopped at Home Depot. I will continue to support the business. They always have everything I go to buy. So excited I can’t wait to receive it.

Brandon is the best home improvement employee I've ever met! I walked in, he found the item quickly, made sure it would work, then immediately assisted me with check out!!! Best experience ever in a store!

I was told I could not get help loading 5000 pounds of rapidset concrete and pea gravel. I was told that it had to go will call, or I could load it myself. I just had hernia surgery, so hand loading was not an option. Thankfully the assistant manager at custom service got it handled for me. If one of my employees told a client to do it themselves, I would fire them on the spot. I expect better from HomeDepot employees. In all fairness, the other 2 stores we cleaned out today in Evansville, went above and beyond getting us loaded, and locating more product.

My old mower quit. I went to the HD picked up a new mower and finished mowing my yard before the rain. Great quick service!

My husband and I went to the west side Home Depot to buy lumber to build an outdoor shelter for cooking. We had an employee go way above and beyond and help us through the whole process and helped my husband load everything onto our trailer without having to ask. He asked us if we needed help. He did all the heavy lifting by getting the boards that were higher up for my husband to inspect and he helped us find the best quality pieces. If you ever need lumber, go to west side Home Depot and look for Monte! He is a rockstar.

We called in looking for a heater and Jeff and the other associates when above and beyond to help get us what we were looking for!

The store is always organized and the cashiers always have a smile and a nice greeting.

Friendly employees, clean, no wait at checkouts, super knowledgeable and competent employees throughout the store.

I purchased a new home appliance and the experience was exceptional. Everyone in the department were very helpful and made the purchase experience a pleasure. The salesperson listened and understood my needs and my issues. We talked through those needs and issues and came up with the right appliance for my needs.

My old Ryobi table saw bit the dust but I had if for about 7 years. So I went to HD and they had a newer improved version of the table saw. I am REALLY happy with my purchase. It has much improved features and a good price. It works super well. Also, everyone was really nice at the store. Thanks HD!!!!

I had left my wallet at the shop. Didn’t realize it until I was checking out. Ty held my items for me at the register until I returned with my wallet. Great customer service. Thanks Ty and Home Depot.

I had a random list of items that I wanted. Staff helped me find them all. A different Staff member stepped up to closest register to check my items out, do I wouldn't have yowalk all the wayto the opposite end of store.

This store always has what we need, if we can't find it, an employee is always willing to help us find it. This store is always clean and organized. Friendly staff!

Just have to say, that every time I shop at Home Depot I have received great service, smiling faces and all the advice I needed...every time. Todays world is sometimes harsh but I always feel comfortable and relaxed when I shop the local store. They are GREAT!

Made arrangements to have bathroom supplies ordered and delivered for remodel.

This mower tackled my overgrown lawn without a problem and didn't bunch up the chopped residue. I appreciated the coupon for a fast charger as the large yard took several charges and this model had a single battery. The mower is easy to use, convenient to store, particularly if you follow the documentation, which is extensive and can be summed up pretty much with "Mow when it is dry, set its height high if grass is overgrown." Mulch plug comes installed.

If you are in need of paint and supplies at the Evansville Westside Home Depot, I suggest you ask for Todd or any of their staff. They go above and beyond to help you select the correct type of paint and the necessary supplies. They are very professional and knowledgeable.
