MIYANNA went above and beyond to help me with customer service! After I didn’t online order, she found out that part of my items were canceled, because they did not have them in stock. She then found out, that they just got them in stock and came with me to the aisle to help me find them. I purchased them and she was truly amazing!

I went to purchase a water filter for refrigerator that I purchased at that same store location. They had the supply, but they were not displayed. It is hard to get help for wood that needs to be cut or when buying bulk in the patio department.

I went in to purchase a gas single stage snow blower that I saw on line. Didn't see the item on the floor. Rutherford came up to assist me with " how can I help you find what you are looking for"? I showed him the item on my phone and the stated note that their store had 6 of them. He tracked the item down as still being on the delivery truck and took me through the process of purchasing it by way of a Home Depot credit card and picking it up the next day by way of will call.

Many people working here. I tried to get help with an item, but was routinely ignored, despite asking for help.

They had the appliance we needed and the sales person was very efficient and friendly.

I change furnace filters every month and always buy from Home Depot.
