This location has always fulfilled my needs on projects. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. If I need something I will drive pass two other location to shop at this location.

I often take my dog to stores that allow pets and by far Home Depot is the BEST when I bring him in he’s no little pooch he’s 85 pound Pit and everyone stops to pet and scratch him he absolutely loves the Schillinger Rd store. He walks that whole store not to miss a single person. They have a GREAT sales team that’s always willing to help with whatever you need.

Traveling for work. Good store. Good location. Friendly and helpful employees.

I took the survey and forgot to mention my cashiers name her name was charity. She was very helpful and polite.

Upon our arrival at the store we proceeded to the appliance area where we began looking at the gas stove tops. Shortly, an employee who was helping another customer inquired if he could help us. He answered a couple questions and very politely explained he would help us further when he finished with another customer or we could go to customer service where they could help us with placing our order. Upon arriving at Customer Service we were met by friendly staff who helped place our order. Everyone was very nice and informative. Great shopping experience.

I came in to shop for a ceiling fan. There was a good assortment to choose from and the product was easy to get to.

I received excellent help from a plumbing associate named Rick today. He helped me decide which water heater was my best option and was very willing to help me. It's hard to find this type help these days in the retail environment but Rick is a professional and he showed he wanted me to make the correct purchase for my needs.

My family and I buy our products here and we are always satisfied with our purchase. Grills, patio furniture, supplies to build shelves, paint, and so much more. The staff is friendly and my most recent visit was extremely awesome with the help of a staff member by the name of Tonja. ☺️

I was told not to go to the Home Depot but I had a much better experience here than the other Mobile store. I needed help with an appliance and Al, the manager, stepped up. Kendra in appliances was super helpful and knowledgeable. Every employee I encountered was great. So I will definitely be shopping here from now on!

Absolutely love this Home Depot. Absolutely dominates every Home Depot between Biloxi Missippi, all the way to Foley, Alabama. I'd still stop at those, but this is MY STORE. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! LATONYA HAS TO BE THE BEST CASHIER EVER! Nothing but jokes and smiles from her!

We found exactly what we wanted and at a great price! That said checking out was a nightmare!! You have to be an accountant to figure out all the Ins and outs of their rules. 15 % welcome to the neighborhood coupon no you cannot use that on sales items, no your military discount is only good on certain items and only if they’re full price and we reserve the right to cap it at $50 even though no one can find that in the rules anywhere. Totally destroyed the whole experience!

I was in need of a fan. I went and looked and was ready to go to another store and then a man walked up to me and asked if I needed assistance. His name was Al and he made my experience there wonderful. Thank you again Al. You are wonderful!

I went to this store to order a new LG refrigerator. There was one employee in appliance who was assisting another customer. He tried to get someone to help but I guess he was the only one in appliance that day. Once he was able to help me he apologized for the delay and assisted me with my order. I canceled my order twice and reordered trying to get exactly what I wanted. Each time I saw different employees and managers. They all were professional, courtesy, and understanding. They went far beyond my expectations and treated me as a valued customer. This has never happened to me in one store. To the young lady in customer service I don't remember her name and the gentleman in appliance, Tonja, Heather, and Juan, you all are wonderful! Thank you!

Our cashier was Georgia. She had a great attitude and made us laugh. Good job!!

We always can find what we need at the Home Depot. Larry in gardening was a great help to us today. He helped us with our lawn mower needs and then asked if we needed any bug killer for our yard. We weren’t there for it but he said there was a good sale for $3.50 a bag so we got it, then he got us a cart so we didn’t have to carry it while we finished our shopping. Great customer service!

We live in Ocean Springs, MS but drive to this store because their customer service is exceptional.

None of the full service registers were open and with 8 to 10 customers in line 1 of the 2 working self serve registers died. The single woman working the area was rude to several customers including myself. I tried using my veterans discount and the clerk kept insisting that I had to use the Home Depot app to get the discount. I told her repeatedly that I do not have the app and she kept insisting that I must have it. I told her to forget it and then she said she could enter the code but she is not supposed to. Well excuse me. You can bet that I will never down load the app and it will be a long time before I walk through the doors of Home Depot again. No thank you for your service nor thank you for shopping at Home Depot. I will return the favor, no thank you, I will shop elsewhere.

The products I purchased were good products and I'm happy about the way they look in my kitchen

This store is consistently outstanding in every aspect, but particularly, the employees seem happier, friendlier, and more helpful than other stores. It is a little farther for us, but we always go out of our way to shop this store for everything we can find here.

The store is very clean and organized. It would be helpful if tile samples were placed lower down where we could see then better to compare our coordinating products with them. There was also an extreme lack of help available. However, I used the online app to help locate the items I needed in the store. The app will show you what aisle and Bay merchandise is located in. Overall I will visit this location again as they had everything I needed in stock.

I needed spark plug for my lawn mower and they allowed me to research on computer in customer service.Very friendly group at Service Desk,Lindsey,Tonja and Heather.
