I came specifically for a bush trimmer and found exactly what I needed.

I have shopped at several Home Depots in the past. Overall they have a good selection and good prices. This particular store however was even better. it was very clean and neat. the aisles were well labeled. The store staff were very available, pleasant and very interested in helping me find the product I was looking for. I will definitely continue to use this particular Home Depot.

I have been happy with this stores stock and I really like the employees. I would like to especially commend one individual, Tara she always helps me find what I need and makes sure checkout is moving right along. Thanks

Dominic helped me find a crow bar and sledgehammer and really went out of his way to help me by carrying them to the cashier and taking them out to my car as well. So friendly and helpful!

We love Home Depot and shop at this particular store often. But the cashier who helped us today Richard was very rude and offensive about us using the military discount at checkout. Normally the cashiers are happy to apply the discount.

Do not shop here if you need assistance on anything. Store needs to remove the generic terms "sorry about that" and "no problem" from their vocabulary. These responses have no sincerity at all as they are meaningless! I have spent thousands at this store and have been satisfied about 20% of the time.

Terrible customer service. DO not trust the web site or the store to tell the truth about product.

Bill very helpful with lightening. Strange layout far away from lightening and he was very capable in explaining my lightening needs and wishes. Rebecca very helpful as well. Cashier Raquel very friendly, efficient

This Home Depot has employees throughout the store that are friendly and knowledgeable. Ms. Glady's Melendez who works in the millwork section was very professional and knowledgeable on the products that I needed for my window and door replacements. She generated a quote and show cased the various products to make an informed decision. i appreciate all her efforts as she worked over time to complete my order.

This visit we had awesome associates helping us...Paul, a guy in gardening (didn't get his name) and Michael. We have had some fairly rude people "help" us before so it was really nice to have had such a great experience this time. My only complaint was the closet organization area was severely lacking on inventory and that was what we went there to get.

Always have the proudcts I need and Tony on the floor is always the best help

generally store is very active with people from construction trades in late mornings and early afternoons so I have found shopping best during mornings or later afternoon hours especially when it comes to needing assistance with carrying/lifting items and needing assistance - prefer this location over south Virginia location due to better parking, less road traffic so it is easier to store, store seems to be better stocked with items I generally need for house repairs & gardening - employees are more helpful and polite

Wow, I just received the best customer service from Paul in the Plumbing Department. He helped me go through my list quickly allowing me to get what I needed quickly and without challenges. Like a personal shopper! Thanks again Paul!

The Reno West Home Depot is a jewel! Being the first store on the I-80 corridor out of California, it always is stocked as best it can to serve Reno/Sparks as well as the folks west of State line. The folks are always there to help. The staff and team members are some of the best! At O-Dark 600, it is great to be greeted by the folks at Store #3311. It makes my day start on the right footing and a smile. Thank you all for your hard work helping us!!

Friendly and helpful staff every time I am in this store.

I have had many problems with this store over the years. Almost all of the problems have been on special orders. They never show up as promised. The delivery time are always pushed out further. I have gotten damaged products as well as wrong products. I do not order anything from Home Depot any more. If it's not in stock I go to some other store. Some of the experiences would take several pages to define. My advice is to buy here only if they have it in stock and then watch out for the pricing. Buyer beware as always.

Terrible service at the customer service counter. Apparently, it is better to walk right up to the counter for service rather than be greeted and be helped. Even if that means cutting others. No clearly marked area where to get in line for customer service, dont mull around, you will be ignored.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT OUR SALSESPERSON NEW ABOUT THE APPLIANCES THAT WE WERE LOOKING AT AND SHE HELPED US PICK THE ONE THAT WAS BEST FOR US COSIDERING THE MONEY WE HAD TO SPEND.MARTI DUPELL IS HER NAME AND MY WIFE AND I REALLY APPRECIATE HER!!!!

Best customer service of any home improvement store in the area

Uninformed, unhelpful staff that lied because they didn't know the answer. I realize Home Depot is not know for their customer service, but this was a new low.
