Friendly staff and good selection even though it is a smaller store.

This is still by far the best Home Depot in the Seattle area! Customer service is what brings me back again and again. The employees here really care about their profession and it shows in every smile and how helpful folks are when you need something. I appreciate the kind smiles and knowledge of the staff.

Everything you need for your home remodel or general construction needs can be found in West Seattle.

I have found the associates at Home Depot to "always" be friendly and helpful. Examples today were Stacey and Lilu. The only problem that I have ever found is sometimes they do not stock every item I am looking for. So I have to go to the 1st ave store. I realize this Delridge store is a smaller store and cannot stock everything and 95% of the time it carries everything I am looking for.

The store is generally neat and tidy and the employees are knowledgeable and cheerful. I often enjoy my visits.

I love the West Seattle Home Depot, about 2 miles from my home which is nice. Employees are generally friendly. I realize it is a smaller Home Depot compared to others, but they have about 99% of the stuff I am looking for.

My return was a long, complicated detailed one where different credit cards had been used and I didn't have any receipts. There were lots of people in line on a Saturday afternoon. Tifferz was exceptional. She patiently worked through each of the items and deciphered my return effectively. I walked out the door of Home Depot very happy and satisfied and the credit cards were all credited accordingly.

The West Seattle Home Depot always provides great service. I've had to talk to two different managers on two different occasions and they always go above and beyond to help. Today, I received great service from Kyper (?) in the lumber department. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable.

The best experience at a home improvement store hands down! The employees are very knowledgeable and FRIENDLY! thanks, Home Depot in West Seattle! You guys have a customer for life in me!

Note that a zero or 1/2 star rating are not available options. Customer service and staff knowledgeability are not good at this store (chain). Even though inventory, location, & price comps would typically be a draw, I’m motivated by my dissatisfaction to shop elsewhere.

This is a great store, friendly professional people. Kathy in appliances and Ryan Manager are great to work with. If you ever have any issues they will take care of you.

I order from Alaska..Pro desk makes ordering very easy very knoligable and efficient ...they deserve a raise....

I really can't say enough good things about the employees at this store. Every person I have encountered has been beyond helpful, knowledgeable and kind. It's my favorite Home Depot location

Thank heavens, as a new resident in Washington from Indiana, my experience with this local Home Depot was superior to anything I ever experienced at a previous Home Depot. We are heavy home improvement material users, so I'm very pleased that we live close to this store with excellent service, kind employees, and a wide variety of in-stock items readily available.
