I visit a lot of Home Depots for my property management business and the Wadswoth Home Depot is the best one. It is all because of the staffing and they have a good supply and variety.

Dale in paint is amazing!

My wife and I were shopping for a area rug for our elderly neighbor and we had NO help from the male who was working in the flooring section, this is not the first time that this has happened at this store. He is a poor example of CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My wife and I moved to this area 3 yrs. ago and discovered we were equal distance between Medina and Wadsworth Home Depot locations. I went to the Medina 1st. ONCE AND ONLY! The difference between these two locations is all about the person's working at them....it's very simple. I will never go to the Medina location again. Being retired and disabled there is a great difference between being a nuisance and a valued purchaser. Shop Wadsworth!

Had a project requiring PVC pipe cut to many specific lengths. Associates Sam and Mark made sure everything was exactly cut to meet my needs. They also made helpful suggestions to be sure my project would be the best it could be! Home Depot associates go the extra mile and take the extra time to ensure your project is successful.

I recently had the good fortune to shop in the Wadsworth Home Depot for a walk in shower to replace the bath and shower I had in my home. Not being knowledgeable about the products that are available or what all might be needed I went to the Appliance dept. There I met a Appliance Specialist named Ted. He understood what I was hoping to do and lead me step by step through the process of selecting the items necessary to have a successful install. The process of selecting the necessary parts took place over a 3 to 4 day period and a couple of those days took at least an hour. All during that time Ted was patient did not get flustered over my lack of knowledge. All in all I would say that in my many visits to the store I found all the associates in various departments extremely friendly and helpful. Compared to several other bulk stores I would have to say that the staff at the Wadsworth store was exceptional and would strongly recommend them to my friends.

This Home Depot is the best. They are always friendly and helpful. It's great, they'll ask if you need help but won't bug you. It's always clean and well organized. Always a pleasure to shop here!

Great variety of products

I bought two light bulbs, $10.99 each. same exact bulb at ACE was 20% cheaper, $8.99. Very disappointing.

Customer service doesn't exist in this location, the employees seem very interested in their cell phones and chit chatting with each other..actual money spending patrons however, not so much...

I work all over the country, and I visit a lot of Home Depots. I have never been more impressed with a home improvement store than the Wadsworth Home Depot. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked, and the staff seems to be continuously working to make shopping here the best experience possible. There are always 2 or 3 people doing nothing but recovering empty carts from the parking lot and re-positioning them in the lumber aisle where you need them to be, or outside of the contractor loading entrance. On more than a dozen trips to this store over the course of a two week job, I was approached every time by someone (usually Gavin!) asking if they could help me load, or if they could take my cart after I was done loading. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, friendly and seemed to be willing to go out of their way to help me find whatever I needed. I probably made a few more trips than I needed to, because the service and the experience was just that good.

Everyone at the Wadsworth Home Depot is super friendly and helpful. Home Depot has better selection, better prices, and better service than other home improvement stores.

Great employees that care

I was looking for a new microwave and this Home Depot had a good supply, in store.

This Wadsworth location is always very tidy and organized when I stop in. The employees are always friendly and able to answer questions when I have them. Those combined make it easier for me to shop at this store compared to other options the same distance away from me.

it is my do to store for and house repair projects

I always know I will get the help I need to find the exact products I am shopping for.

This store sucks. Employees are rude and brush you off. I had one helping me, grabbed a ladder to get what I wanted out of stock, climbed half way up the ladder and then stopped and talked to another costumer for 10 mins about a water heater…. FINISH HELPING ME FIRST. They broke my dryer on delivery, I had to wait 3 weeks for them to redeliver it and then they didn’t even install it right. They damaged the dryer vent while trying to install it. The last mower I bought there was missing a bunch of parts…. I am never shopping here again

I went to buy a propane tank for a grill I purchased at the Home Depot in Fairlawn. They have a auto kiosk system. I went inside paid for tank, went outside and entered code to get tank and none of the doors would open up. I went back in to get help and waited 15 minutes before I could get someone to help me.

We love this store! We have just started buying our home improvement supplies from this Home Depot in Waldsworth, Ohio . We went in with an idea of what we needed but really had more questions than answers. We were quickly asked if we needed any help and Dwight helped us with our PEX water system questions and walked us through connecting to old iron pipes to our new shower/tub install. He was very helpful and we are happy to be shopping with Home Depot now!

No help offered at all. I could have used it. An employee walked right by me struggling to get heavy items into my car. All he did is yawn.

The cashier Leticia caught a mistake in my purchase that saved me a trip back and an incomplete project

This store sold me Trek boards that were on the shelf when I arrived, but, when I returned with my truck to pick up my PAID boards, they had already sold them to someone else. I now have nothing to show for the day I took off to work on this project except my refunded money. So, if you can’t take your purchase with you, it might be gone by the time you get back.
