I’m no spring chicken and this certainly isn’t my first rodeo. I have likely shopped in over a dozen Home Depot stores across the country over the years and none compare to the Wake Forest Home Depot. Their associates are friendly, warm, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. People are always talking about how the customer service at Nordstrom is unparalleled, but I have to disagree. Wake Forest Home Depot gives those folks a run for their money.

I live an hour away and this is the closest Home Depot to me. Each time I have visited for whatever reason - the staff have been very helpful! Carla in the flooring department was TOP NOTCH!

Came in to price vanity, lighting etc for a bathroom remodel. Lots of employees wandering around in groups. Not a single one even spoke to me. Won’t be back went to Lowe’s instead where they offers help with my purchase.

Great experience at the Home Depot Garden Center, very well organised and stocked. Looking forward to the Spring plants arriving!

Just about every time we visit this Home Depot it is a good experience. Almost every person that works there is helpful

So glad I selected this store to buy new appliances... The Customer Service was amazing and the salesperson, Linda, helped me select just what I needed within my budget.

I bought a Delta valve cartridge last week and I am so happy they have it on stock.

I purchase GE refrigerator pleased with they appliances previous owner.

Quick in and out, everything is in it's place as it has been over the past 20+ years unlike other LARGE Home Improvement Stores that move product around making the shopping experience a chore!

I can't help it. I'm like a puppy in a butcher shop when I come to Home Depot. There are always a lot of sweet tool shopping 'deals' for gifts or for my personal use that I take advantage of when I'm shopping for other things.

I bought a GE refrigerator from this HomeDepot back in August and the delivery date has been rescheduled 3 times. Tonight I went in for a refund. Everything went smoothly until cashier Mason (female) helped me. Mason is one of the rudest non professionally associates in this store. If you want to be treated like crap or as a non valued customer this HomeDepot in Wake Forest, NC is the place to be. There are a few super star associates in this store but they are very few in number and hard to find.

I frequent this Home Depot and have never had a bad experience. Plenty of assistance from friendly employees. Always find what I need.

I had an issue trying to get a bonus redeemed but once being sent to the customer service for further assistance after the cashier couldn't do it Amanda P was perfectly diligent and provided the needed task while being polite and smiling the entire time! I did appreciate her professionalism.

Product I was looking for happen to have a promotion on the item.

Came in for a couple items (wrenches and a ladder) and was able to grab exactly what I needed with no problems within minutes. Everything was in the exact locations that the website said they would be making my trip even more efficient. The staff in the store were great and the checkout was quick and painless. Absolutely perfect shopping experience.

I was helping our daughter get settled in her new apartment in the Wake Forest area today. Made four trips to the Home Depot to get supplies and parts. Very friendly staff, received help several times. The stores layout was a bit different but several staffers helped me navigate.

The product was great, but the customer service was POOR. Jenna was very rude and unprofessional over the phone.

I had an issue with a defective product and they were attentive, calming and patient as I explained the situation. They went above and beyond to make the situation right and were professional. I appreciate when I have a problem the manager isn’t rude but has the ability to show empathy! It’s a rare trait these days and I can’t say enlighten about the kindness shown to me by these gentlemen. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I inquired in the Garden Center at HD where I could find stones for a garden project. I was in the section only a few minutes before Quentin arrived with a cart, he also loaded the bag for me -So Appreciated as it was heavy!

Our Experience in the past has been amazing. We Went to the store again after 6 months and we saw Jane, and we decided to stay to do the purchase becase of her alone. She has always provided us with amazing customer service.

I approached the customer service station and asked for help...Georgi was disrespectful and even turned her back on me....Tom also in customer service told me he had no idea who the store manager was when I asked to complain....if HomeDepot provides professional development for its associates it does not show...Georgi is a manager....that is a low standard.
