Associate Hugo is very friendly,helpful, and patient as well as knowledgeable of most store products. Request him if you need help while shopping the store .

i would not recommend this store until they fix the issue with john the manager. he needs to go he is not home depot material from what i have seen over the years of dealing with great people from this store

No cashiers. Self checkout only. 2 associates standing at self checkout watching. Was told the cashier was on break. I'll go to Lowes next time.

I have been working on an extremely large project with things that I'm not quite 100% familiar with and yet the store and the people who are in it especially in the plumbing department and the tool rental may have helped me tremendously problem solve troubleshoot they are super nice super helpful and I'm very grateful to have them around

Jack in plumbing in Home Depot, Wapppingers Falls, NY was the best So much great advice and instructions on how to do the pipes under our sink in the bathroom Great advice on getting some extra parts to decide what we needed so no driving to the store in the middle of the project A actual plumber may have done the work in 2 hours - We completed it all in 4 hours and saved over $500 doing it ourselves with Jack's instructions. Best employee at Home Depot ever !

Unfortunately, this store, as is the case with most HD stores in this area is "hit or miss." On this visit, I needed assistance of associates twice. The one in Millwork was awesome, the one in Hardware should be fired. Okay maybe retrained... I custom ordered two entry doors and a window from the Millwork department. The associate there was Azra. If you need anything in Millwork, you should see her. She was patient (I think she even missed her dinner break because of my order), professional, knowledgeable and easy on the eyes. She made a daunting order process a pleasure. The less than helpful associate was in hardware. When I asked him a question (that I'd guess he didn't know the answer to), he said he'd be right back. 20+ minutes later, he never came back and there wasn't another associate to be found in hardware, so I left. Luckily for you Wappingers Falls Home Depot, I went back to complete the Millwork order the next day and Azra not only took care of my millwork order, but she also helped me make my hardware purchase as well. I suspect there are a few employees who could learn a lot from her. As I said above, hit or miss in this store. I've had many awesome experiences like the Millwork one with Azra and many less than satisfactory ones as well. Inconsistent is an accurate word to describe local HD stores, but so is convenient!

Parking at the store was easy & Finding what I was looking for was very easy with help from the Service Desk & Store Employees. Store Employees were very helpful in assisting me pick the best brand / tool to do the job. Then the checkout was effortless. Store was clean and small enough to be able to accomplish the task expeditiously..

I had an excellent sales person "ALIESHA" assist me in major appliances. She was professional, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and informed me of a number of details that were very important, that are usually not presented.

I was a little frustrated today when I was looking for floors because the associate appeared as if she didn’t want to be bothered. However when she saw that I wanted to make a purchase she assisted me. Brian loaded all of the tiles I purchased onto the cart which was a lot so it was heavy and I’m sure draining but he did it without a problem. I then had the experience of having Earl assist me. He pushed the cart with the extremely heavy tiles, replaced the cracked and damaged tiles that were in some of boxes and loaded the tiles into my car. I got the impression that he genuinely likes his job and loves assisting customers. He was patient, conscientious, courteous and professional. I will look for him the next time I am in there and need assistance. Also, I wish all Home Depot employees was like Joan (the cashier). She has such a pleasant and friendly attitude and disposition. Earl and Joan made my shopping experience a very good one. Had I not had the pleasure of being assisted by them I would have given a lower rating. The tiles I purchased were on sale for a great price and they are of great quality so I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that.

I have never had a negative experience at this store. The employees know my face , not my name, I am always greeted with a "HI". Keep up the good work, and thank you for honoring veterans

Everytime I come to this store, I find everything I need, there is always friendly staff to help me

I needed two gallons of paint tinted ...I went up to the counter told the gentleman what I wanted he made a few professional suggestions and we were on our way. Great experience!

No one around to help you manenger (John)worried about I don't know what to care about how much time solving a problem his store created don't shop there

My husband and I went in , knew what we wanted , and Liz was walking by and was immediately very helpful. She helped us the whole way. I would go here for everything ! Thank you Home Depot and Liz for making our experience a pleasant one!! Exceptional Customer service!!!!

I had excellent customer service from Jasmin, Wanda, Gregg, Ralph, Dan, Twin sister, and their are a couple more that I don't know their names. some work at the customer desk and in Electrical. Sheetrock department need punching bulk , they need more staff, take too long to assist customer. I want to thank those who take pride and help customer and do not turn their check when customer needs help finding multiply items. I Thank you all Home Depot staff. May God bless you all.
