Applied for a Home Depot credit card so we could get a shed. Applied on Wednesday online and got approved. Went in on Saturday 05/23, got the shed and went to checkout. Used my coupon for $100 off with my first credit purchase, showed the cashier my card number and temporary number along with barcode to scan. She told me it would not work, she called credit company and they verified who I was, then hung up. Lady could still not get it to work, so I told her I would pay using my debit card. I asked her if I could split the transaction 2 ways using my card and then my husbands card, and she told me that I could not do that (I had just done it 3 weeks ago at this same HD) she then told me I couldn’t use my coupon anymore. Absolutely horrible experience. I have spent a lot of money at Home Depot since buying my house, and the customer service I got today was unacceptable. I also applied for a HD credit card for no reason apparently because they wouldn’t even accept it.

The employees in this store are always friendly and helpful, even to a non-construction person like me! They are always willing to take time to answer questions, and give advice. The selection is great. The store is well organized and always clean. We ordered our flooring online, because it was not available in the store, but they were still very helpful when we picked it up.

Professional courteous employees. Helpful and efficient. You don’t have to go very far to find an associate that can provide guidance or just help in finding an item. This Home Depot also has a great selection of items for home improvement and home decor.

Like most home owners sometime there are things I need to do. Home depot and the employees at Washington Court House Ohio , Home Depot is going show me the best product for the job . If they do not know they will get a employee who dose. Helping your projects to turn out to be the best . They have saved my but more the a few times.

Frustrating, the clerk at check out was unable to use my gift card towards my purchase therefore I had to use cash.
