Home Depot in Washington Township is my go-to store for anything I need for painting, home improvements, and seasonal/holiday items. Seriously...I only go to a different place IF I cannot meet my needs there. Associates appear to actually enjoy working there, which is refreshing, right? Super clean and well-stocked too. Love this store!

My daugher was without a dryer for over a month because of delivery and parts mixup. She ended ordering the part herself and paying someone to hook up dryer. The salesman should have asked me if she had natural gas or propane. I was just ordering a gas dryer. I didn't know there was a difference. I just knew she needed a gas dryer. Ugh My gift to her ended up costing her almost $300.00!

It’s a great store with very helpful associates ! I know this time of season it’s hard on sales people but they are terrific people and need to be shown appreciation!

This store usually has everything I need most of the time. The store employee's are the best.

Tool rental needs new management. Lost 1/2 day with a tool that did not function. Only had one example of tool. Employee's seemed indifferent and had little to no knowledge of product.

I bought an item for my car, but it didn't work out so I went to return it for store credit because I lost my receipt, the store person stated that they don't sell this item anymore so they can't return it. This was worse experience because I'm stuck with the item which is worth around 50dollars and I can't return it.

People here are always friendly and willing to help when in need.

All your representatives were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The store was neat and clean.I asked Donn for assistance and he was very helpful. He signed e up for a Home Depot credit card for which was able to receive a discount on my purchase. I found everything I was looking for.

I had a positive experience my last visit to Home Depot.When I went to the Customer Service Desk to ask where to find the products I needed, I was approached by Donn.He took me directly to the location of my request. The store was neat and clean. Everyone I asked for assistance was pleasant and helpful.

Such a disorganized mess. Items marked down not in their computer . Huge cluster of items piled up all over the store. Fire hazard at the least. Employees have no idea who what when where or why. College students if not highschool aged employees who do try but just do not have proper skills

Employees where very friendly and very helpful, I didn't require assistant but was ask by multiple employees if I needed help. Great store

This particular store has been in my experience has 85% of sales and customer service employees that are very rude and unprofessional . The best Home Dept currently is in Berlin N.J . 100% professional .

Dennis the check out person was amazing. He was patient and encouraged me to open a HD charge so that I could save some money on my paint purchase. I ended up saving $40.00 by taking his advice!!!! Thank you Dennis

Associates are friendly and informative. Had a great experience here buying a refrigerator. Lots to choose from.Store was well neatly stocked in all areas I had been.Will definitely be shopping here again

This store has amazing customer service and always has what I need in stock! Thank you Home Depot for being the #1 Hardware store in South Jersey! The store is neat, clean, and overall very well kept. The workers answer questions politely and offer to take me to the item I need. All the products were in their correct isles and shelves, and were easy to find.

Very nice people. The parking lot could use a bit of repair but overall great store. I will continue to shop at this one.
