This store is always well stocked and the associates are always helpful and friendly!

I frequent the West Broad store a lot. Home Depot has the best lumber selection and quality in the area, at this time. The cashiers are always very nice and friendly. They recognize me when I walk in and always have something pleasant to say. I do not like that the manager allows so many "contractor" vehicles to park in the Fire Lane. Contractors on the West side must be pretty lazy, as they all want to park near the door and block fire lanes. The Fire Lane area around the Contractor parking areas needs to be better marked and enforced.

Sherman and Michela did a great job taking care of me today. It was a big job and not one sour word fell from their lips. You don’t find that much any more. Please hire more people like this!! And promote these two!!! They lead by example. Kudos.

Home Depot is convenient to my home and almost always has the product that I need. If it is a specialty item they don't carry, they try to point me to a supplier. The associates are always friendly and helpful. If anything, I would like more associates for a little quicker assistance on occasion.

I have never been so disappointed in purchasing appliances from any store as much as this specific store. Horrible service from the customer service return desk. And just all around poor service.

My cashier Cynthia helped was GREAT!! She was very friendly and was able to call for loading help for us. We purchased a very heavy sink and the loading help was perfect.

Products were easy to find. But associates were not always readily available to answer questions. Once associates were available they were very helpful. Store was clean.

When I shop at this store I usually find what I need quickly or an associate is nearby to help me find an item and answer any questions I might have about it. On more than one occasion an associate went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly and the store was clean.

The associates in the plumbing department were very knowledgeable and very helpful. While I was being helped by one employee, another stopped and listened to the conversation and offered his thoughts. They showed a genuine interest in what I needed to complete my project.

The store was pretty much clean.The store manger was a total nightmare to deal with the way he talked to me and other customers while I was shopping in the store. In which I shop there for years.

The store is clean. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Especially in the countertop sales department. Also, the staff in the washing and drying machine sales department.

I'm a long-time Home Depot customer, and the Columbus Broad street location is at the top of my list. Their employees are friendly and helpful, the store is clean, and their Customer Service is outstanding. I rarely take the time to submit online reviews, but my latest shopping experience at this store exceeded all my expectations. They earned a shout-out and my continued loyalty. I highly recommend this store.

Jimmy went above and beyond to help us find the product we needed when we couldn’t find it. In addition, I have shopped at this store several times recently and all staff I’ve interacted with have been helpful and courteous. The store is clean and neat.

This store has Meta, she went well above and beyond and is a great asset to your company. Give Meta a raise.

Policy has changed and check-out at the service desk is now unavailable. So if you are handicapped you will want to park near the garden center or the lumber side of the store so you are close to a checkout option.

You’re able to find what you’re looking for much quicker because they Rearranged the store.

Get more human ran checkout lines. New self checkout is horrible. No place to place basket. If I wanted a job at home depot I would get one.
