Best Home Depot around. Always have a wide selection of what I'm looking for. Store is well stocked, has friendly/helpful employees and always clean. Everyone at this Home Depot has always gone above and beyond to help with anything I need.

The store was easy to find and what I needed was as well, the store was clean and the employees where very helpful in guiding me to the area of the store to find what I was looking for and was helpful with choosing the correct items.

We’re doing some remodeling to our kitchen. Rachelle is amazing to work with! She is patient, has a real eye for decor, great ideas of what works and steered us away from things she didn’t think we’d be happy with in the long run. This is an easy store to shop in, a bit challenging to find the first time as it is adjacent to UC West Chester Hospital at the south end, but the signage for Home Depot isn't easily visible, staff are friendly, and well stocked. I also shop for some of my garden plants here as Home Depot does not use pesticides called neonicotinoids which are toxic to insects and especially bees, contributing to bee colony collapse.

This store and it's associates are very helpful and a great place to shop.

Hey, to all the associates at the West Chester Home Depot: YOU'RE THE BEST....The management here does a SUPERB job of hiring fun, smiling, helpful people and it shows. I have been doing many home projects the past 8 months or so and each time in there you have been of great help to me. Keep up the good work!!!!

As always, the store is clean and orderly. The employees are very helpful. I was able to receive assistance in a timely manner.

I have come to rely on the expertise and recommendations of all the of employees of this store; above other home improvement stores. Rachelle in kitchen cabinets is extremely creative, knowledgeable, and patient. Her kitchen design for us was amazing. Tica and Bob in flooring have helped me on a number of occasions and have given the right advice, when others at other stores did not. All I have dealt with have been patience and understanding. It is important to be able to find professionals you can depend on and I have found them at this Home Depot.

The employees in the Millwork Department, Ron and Amy, have been especially helpful in designing our doors to specification. The store is organized and we have always had help when we needed it.

The store is pretty well organized and clean. Usually someone to help....just might have to hunt them down!

This Home Depot is usually my go to store for paint, plumbing, tools, hardware and appliances. Usually have a knowledgeable employee or will find me on that does know!

Good experience with all the employees yesterday in garden and solar light area. So happy the tall, thin check out desk employee took me seriously when I told him that there was an unaccompanied backpack in the aisle where they sell barbeque supplies.

My tools stolen from my work truck so I came to Home Depot to buy replacements, The employees helped me find the right tools and suggested some devices to prevent theft. They even held my products at the register and made sure the items were ready for quick checkout. The suggestions and preparation for checkout really made my day.

Every time i go to this Home Depot, it's always clean or they're cleaning it. The employees are so friendly and always willing to help you find what your looking for.
