We visited Home Depot on November 28, 2021 to purchase a grill. While most of the retailers were either limited in inventory or were simply not offering grills at this time, Home Depot had a great selection and were very accommodating. The employees were courteous and knowledgeable. They were attentive to our needs. They did not try to upsell us to more expensive models, which we truly appreciate, and they knew how to answer all questions about the features on this grill. When we brought the grill home, which was a gift, it was missing two pieces. We called customer service the very next morning just before 9 AM. The customer service professional, Melissa was very accommodating, courteous and super friendly. She took care of our needs right over the phone and made sure we were satisfied before hanging up. I will definitely recommend this Home Depot to anyone who needs the products and services that Home Depot provides. A special thanks to Melissa from customer service, and to Ellys who was our cashier at check out. We are beyond impressed with your level of service and professionalism.

The shelves were well stocked, the aisles were neat and clean and there were lots of cust service reps available to help everywhere. Thanks too to Jerry at the register for making check out fast and easy.

I had low expectations. AJ immediately stepped up to help me. So knowledgeable and kind. Very professional and helped me understand each of the appliances and did my order quickly and efficiently. He also knew we just bought a home and needed financing for a large appliance order. He got special approval for a 24 month interest free card for me. What a help. He is amazing and I am so grateful I got him to help me. Thanks AJ!!!!

Always dread going to these busy stores, but was surprised on how efficient this store was. The parking lot was fairly filled and I had to walk. but not an unreasonable distance. When entering the store, I encountered an employee and asked a general direction and was directed to an isle. Upon entering the isle, I was directed to the product by a second employee. Found the product, headed to the register and was waiting to use the self check out, but Jerry (Cashier) called me to his register and rang up the purchase himself. Thanx to all for the assistance...

Went to th West Delray store to look at several appliances, etc. to look at for our new kitchen. Met with AJ, who was so patient & knowledgeable…made the entire purchasing experience easy with his recommendations. It was a successful day❣️

The young guy/man who checked me out was so super kind and helpful. Helped me find what I was looking for and also rang me up. On 03/05/2024 at 1:45pm. I told him i would do the survey ib his behalf due to his extreme kindness and help. A rare find. I wish i would have gotten his name he deserves recognition. He was a Caucasian male with light brown hair and he had a protective mask on. Young in 20’s or early teens. I hope you give him a thumbs up. I would recognize him if I saw him again. Super helpful and so nice.

The only thing good about my experience with this store was finally meeting Brett, the customer experience manager. Everyone else was rude and condescending.

Karen, the customer service supervisor for this location, was extremely rude and condescending when I had questions about paying for an item online and picking it up in store. She had a friend of hers (who was not a Home Depot employee) on the employee side of the customer service station, and she asked for him to intervene in our conversation, which escalated into an argument that led to them telling me to go to another home depot if I wanted to order online(after I pointed at the sign that said online pick up available—located directly behind her). I’ve never experienced such blatant unprofessionalism when I was trying to make a purchase. As a retail worker myself, I felt the attitude of the team members I interacted with was far below acceptable, and I would not allow Karen to supervise a mop bucket. Next time, I will make the trip to a different hardware store.

Even the smallest thing you need is usually stocked.

David provided phenomenal service. Knowledgeable patient !! Provided better than Expected Service. We would definitely want to deal with him in the future

Well stocked and helpful employees

I bought a frontloader washer and Mr. William Sasko went far and beyond in helping me pick the best fit for me after telling him I wasn't tall enough to reach into a top loader. I told him that a front loader would be better for me and he took the time to explain how the front loaders had the the pedestal to give it added height making it easy to load and unload without using a step stool like I was doing with the top loader. I'm very happy with my purchase

Great Store but need more employees.

We experienced excellent customer service at this Home Depot location. Friendly and helpful staff made our experience pleasant and productive.

I was at the Appliance section and spent over 700 in less than 15-20 minutes, then spent another $30 dollars on some small purchase ! The young lady at the checkout was helpful as well!

I was in a different city when I called the store to inquire about an availability. In a timely manner, I was told of the availability and quantity.

Nancy in Flooring is the best thing since sliced bread. Asked what I was looking for and when I showed her my list she took me to each aisle to help me. Didn't have to search the whole store, Nancy took care of my entire shopping list. Thanks Nancy and Home Depot for having exceptional employees.
