Richard, in the paint department, is the go to guy for help and advice. Very friendly, helpful, patient but most importantly, he’s quite knowledgeable about paint and what goes into making colors neutral, warm or cool and how to choose the right color. What a great experience—he made it so much less stressful trying to make a decision on color choice. High-five Richard and Home Depot on McCain Drive, Frederick for hiring him. Chris.

I was seeking to purchase a set of washer and dryer. The employee in that department was very well knowledgeable in helping me decide on what I wanted to purchase. She was very friendly helpful patient and courteous. I would recommend Frederick home Depot on route 40 if you're looking for appliances or anything.

Naudia (Cashier) provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to assist during my checkout. Naudia thanked me for my service and offered to have someone assist with my items. In the "climate" we are living in, her genuine kindness and sincerity is a value add for Home Depot.

Quick and easy; I would give them a 10

The staff members were very courteous and helpful from the very first person I asked where to find something, to the person assisting me checking out at a self check-out register. I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members. Even when calling back to ask a gardening question, the gentleman was polite, helpful, and had a positive disposition. Heather at the checkout register was quite appropriate & pleasant!

I was running late -- cutting it close to closing time. I called Home Depot at 8:45 p.m. to see if they could pull an item from the shelves and have it ready at Customer Service when I arrived. Artesia was awesome! She did exactly that and I got what I needed with six minutes to spare. The staff -- especially Artesia -- was friendly, in great moods, and were wonderful! I love this location. I won't go anywhere else.

This store has such helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. The store is so clean and safe. It is so easy to find what you are looking for. If you can't find what you are looking for just ask any employee, they are more then happy to help you. I have been shopping at this store for more than 15 years and have never been disappointed.

Don't stand by their products, even with an extended warranty. Mower I purchased last summer quit in June. Still waiting on a possible repair. Anticipated completion date - mid August at the earliest to mid September (COVID19 willing). REALLY wanted me to take the mower, package it and return it myself - even though I'm disabled. Clearly irritated I was there at all. I would rate them 0 if I could.

Store was generally okay, very disappointed that they put "qualifications" on the Military discount. Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines do not put "qualifications" when they serve our nation.

During my visit I asked several associates where I could find certain items and everyone was very pleasant and kind...that is not the case with every store I visit...and kindness goes a long way with me at this particular time we are in and I appreciated this especially the associate that took care of me at the check out line.His name was Gino.
