I am in love with the garden center! Those employees really do a stand up job! It's so clean and organized. And there's never any dirt allover the floor. And they move out of the way if I have my cart and they have a hose so I don't have to hit it like a speed bumb. So nice. And a very good good experience for my Sunday shopiings.

This gentleman answered a solid 10 questions for me and was really helpful. He leaves 100% with customer service. We tried to get a photo of my phone died.

Took forever to purchase an expensive lawn mower. Was given an "extra set" of lawnmower blade...bs...not installed. Got rusty blades and no nut and spring washer to install. Called store number. Rang more than 8 times twice with no answer. I spent 4500 on a top end mower and had a difficult experience.

I need help shopping and I appreciate knowledgeable clerks who can assist me I need someone who knows their products and can help me comparison shop..I disliike feeling as if I am unable to shop well because of my disability and capabilities.I am trying to remain in our home and live in a manner that I choose.

Went to lumber department to buy Red Cedar for a deck remodel. I'm a handyman, not a builder or carpenter, so I saw Mark in lumber and he helped me through the process from A to Z. It is the friendliest HD that I have ever encountered!

I thought my total seemed high but it was so busy with a crazy long line of people checking out. The cashier was very friendly but charged me twice for the flat of flowers I bought. When I called I was told I will need to drive back the 30 miles with my receipt to get the refund. I'll bet I'll be met with push back when I do make the drive. Watch you receipts as mistakes do happen.

Love the garden center here! Always get everything for my summer projects! AND all year round, too. LOVE LOVE our Home Depot! It is the BEST in the U.S.!

I went to Home Depot without an appointment but knew what I was semi doing but needed help with a laundry room I was trying to put together with cabinets, sink, granite etc. I am telling you make an appt with Andrew Nguyen. He is amazing and super helpful. He will give you your options and will help you with your budget and getting the style and level of product you need.

Everybody went out of their way to assist me in my shopping needs! I highly recommend this Home Depot! I believe that Home Depot’s tend to have friendly staff, but this specific store goes beyond my expectations by far!

The staff at the West Side Home Depot are amazing. Friendly, helpful, kind, if they can't answer a question, they get someone who will. Knowledgeable people, understanding of those of us who don't do it ourselves!

The cutting section is efficient and accurate. Mitchal makes the process easy and methodical without rushing. Its a convenient service I will likely use again

This is one of the few big box stores where the employees don’t, as a rule, ignore the customer that is clearly wishes someone would pass by and ask if I needed assistance.

Alyssa, customer service rep ...remarkable! Spoke with her earlier in the day after scrolling thru acrylic sheet options for over 2 hrs. my eyes were crossing. Had a number of questions...she knew the answers to ALL. Efficient, upbeat, beyond helpful ! I could have purchased much closer to my home address however I chose to buy nearly 1000.00 in product because of this young lady! I now luv Home Depot Verona!
