The store is short handed on customer support folks both contractor support and customer support. They are not polite and when you ask them a question they act like you are bothering them. They have to chit chat with their co workers. Folks don't know how to make pages, I witnessed this. afraid to talk over the loud speaker. Some folks are ok but I am a regular customer so they know me. The whole Home Depot computer data bases don't talk to each other. I requested lumber the Customer service Rep had to search one data base, write a number down then after he was finished he signed out of one system then signed on to another system passwords the whole ball of wax, then take the napkin he wrote the numbers on key them in to this system and enter quantity and such then asked for my address found my info and joined the two. I am a retired Army 1sg. I told him, then he had to call billing or someone else to see if I can get my military discount. It is not the Rep's fault it's The Home Depot Computer systems group's fault. I am also a retires senior systems project manager maybe they need a design specialist to build a new system. My rep lied to me about changing my phone number that does not work. He faked it and I fell for it.

The employees are extremely helpful. I couldn't find an item that was listed on the website so I reached out to one of their employees for assistance. She helped me track down the item and had it pulled down with a forklift in a timely manner. The item ended up being $30 more that what the website stated; however, she honored the website price. I'm sure all of their employees are helpful, but if you come across Kathy McGovern, know that you are in good hands!

Even though I was not expecting to be at this Home Depot, I was very satisfied here. I was given a referral by a friend when I was in the area to get one of the Lasko fans she bought at this particular Home Depot. It was easy to find, the employees were helpful, and the store was neat and clean.

Prices are always good and product choices are plentiful.

Excellent Customer Service

7 visits in two weeks. No associates in the aisles to provide help. Each time I needed assistance I had to go to front of store to ask them to find me some help. Only registers open were self checkouts and one register being operated by a human being in the contractor area. The only associates I did see were in the front of the store. Not once was I greeted by any of them. Not a "Can I help you" from any of them. Most just walked by with no acknowledgement at all. I do not know if this store is understaffed or just poorly managed. I have been going here the last couple of weeks as I just moved here and it is the closest big home store. Thinking I will make the longer drive to a competitor as I am tired of being treated as if they do not value my business.

Yulyia in the Garden Center went out of her way to help me find appropriate plants and shrubs for a Jersey shore property. She checked labels to make sure her suggestions were compatible for New Jersey property conditions. The wide selection of healthy flowers and shrubs made the process efficient.

I frequently shop at the Home Depot in Trooper. Garden department products are superior to any other local stores. Plants look well watered and fresh. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. When I purchased mulch, help arrived to load into my car.

The store personnel is excellent, helpful and motivated. The manager is courteous and polite. We had a recent experience where our online order was not ready to be picked up in the time frame. We offered to retrieve the items ourselves. While we were in the process of pulling the items, the floor staff and manager came out to help us. They were helpful and courteous. The entire process sped up with their expertise. The checkout process was a breeze compared to other places where we go to pick up online orders. It was an excellent experience.

Just I have build a work relation with just about everyone there that is in the departments. I do have to say, when I go on HD website. They always say my store is in Plymouthing meeting. WTH! Not driving 10 miles when Trooper store is 2 miles away.

The store is clean and well equipped. All associates are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I have been to Willow Grove store and the pro desk employees are always grumpy.

I had a great experience dealing with Joe in tool rental. He helped me rent a truck so I could get lumber to my house. I have not driven a truck in a few years so it was helpful to have someone go over a few things with me before I left the store. Thank you and I will be back again.
