Associates in appliances were great

Any store the forces you to SELF CHECKOUT rather than have a real person at a register, is NOT better than any other store. There are studies that prove self check, multi-tasking and the like, do not save any more time that a real person at a register. In most cases, it takes longer, and has been proven. It seems like every time I try to use self checkout I have to wait for one to open up because the person already checking out, REQUIRES ASSISTANCE by the only ONE person trying to cover multiple registers. Lowe's, at least, gives you the choice to use self checkout, or use a register with an actual person working at it.

There were plenty of employees that were helpful.

Kitchen services area, service agent's name is Russ, was an excellent resource for our kitchen renovation project.

I vist 3 different Home Depots and this Location is my Favorite

I am much more inclined to take on home improvement projects -- like drippy faucets, re-screening, re-sealing garage floors...and don't even get me started on her 'honey-dew' list --- when I know that I can go to Home Depot and get everything I need, including advice and suggestions. Instead of 2 or 3 stops to find the right product, or finding a store that is in stock of the part I need, I know that I can just go to Home Depot.

There is an energy about this place: a sense that "something productive is going to start here"...and these are the people that are going to help me get that project done. Friendly, helpful sales people; rare that I have found them to be out of stock of the item I needed/wanted.

This store is so clean and organized! The only bad thing I can say is...when I go into this store...I usually buy more than I planned to!!

I'VE LIVED IN THIS AREA FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS AND HAVE SHOPPED HHOME DEPOT OFTEM. I'VE YET TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE. EVEN THE VERY OCCASIONAL GLITCHES WERE TAKEN CARE OF IN A FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE STORE IS CLEAN, THE STAFF FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. YOU MAKE THIS CUSTOMER HAPPY!

Friendly staff neat store

The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Over the 10 year or so this store has been there, I have purchased large appliances, cabinet refacing, several measurement services, truck rentals, garden products and too many short in/outs etc to count. Seasonal staffing is appropriate as well. Please keep up the good work as I have yet to have a bad experience there.

My local home depot is layered with helpful, knowledgeable employees. I find myself going there more frequently for small and large home project advise.

Always have helpful, friendly employees. They had the knowledge to help us determine water fittings to use. They told us that if we had any issues we could return items. I feel that this store really helps us to save money.

I look at this store as "home depot lite." If I need six bolts, then they only have five." If I need several Martha Stewart drapery rods then there are never enough to finish the job......I have to go to the store at Cleveland Avenue & Home Acre. Yet, the Westerville store is only 3 minutes from my house so I always go there first. Also, having stock in Home Depot makes sense.

Always has what I need. The service is better than other hardware stores.

Very helpful on helping order counter top and explaining the product. The delivery time and install. Every were we turned someone wanted to help. Very clean in and out in no time. So many products on display makes you want to redue every thing.

I visit this store at least once a week and service has always been great.

Westerville location is much nicer to deal with than the location on Hamilton Road!

The store has become very messy and in a state of disarray. Even the parking lot looks trashy. And the employees seem to be more interested in talking with each other than helping people. I really don't like to shop here anymore.

The employees at this store always make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and never once have I felt silly for not understanding what I needed or for taking some time to make a decision before practice.

I am a single person with one income available to remodel my condo. I work two jobs to try to bring my condo up to date without going into debt to do it. The prices at Home Depot are reasonable for my projects and the employees always know what I need to do the projects myself. The employees always make sure to walk me directly to the aisle where to find what I need. I always come to Home Depot for Behr Marque paint. Once the employee explained to me how to use the paint for one coat coverage, the results are beautiful.

Employees are very helpful. We just bought new appliances and had a great experience. The employee was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. Great prices too!!! They were delivered and they look and work great!! Would highly recommend buying appliances here!

On many occasions we have entered The Home Depot store in Westerville, Ohio, and have asked a greeter where an obscure or not-so-obscure product could be found, and invariably he/she would pinpoint exactly where it was and sometimes even take us back to it. Also, the employees have always been very knowledgeable about the usage of products for specific home-improvement tasks. We will definitely return to The Home Depot.

The Salesperson was funny & friendly. Great store. Will be back.
