We wanted the pergola displayed in the store. The floor model was the only one available in the area. The manager Eric, confirmed this by checking inventory at many other stores. To make the sale, he arranged to have the display disassembled for us. Many employees helped us to check quantity, gather products to cushion and secure the load and to transfer the pergola to our trailer! The staff was amazing!

10/10! This fan is such an improvement from the old series! Must have for anyone with possible power outages in humid environments!

I asked direct questions of three people and all were friendly helpful and pleasant with their answers. A fourth person said hello and was very nice.

I just want to thank Brian in the appliance section for all his help and time picking out a refrigerator. I usually don’t go to a Home Depot because it’s much further away from my house. Now it will be the first place I go since the two other places prior to my visit had no help.

The lumber I bought was good quality and straight. Didn’t have to dig through a bunch of warped boards to get what I wanted.

garden cashier can’t accept $50 OR $100 bills and had to wait for a supervisor to OK the transaction. Store Manager should either close the cashier station completely if you can’t accept All legal tender. Elderly customers shouldn’t have to go out of their way and walk inside to complete their transaction.

WENT THERE TO PURCHASE PAINTING SUPPLIES AND HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE THANKS TO THE WOMEN AT THE PAINT COUNTER.

I was impressed with the service Sale Cashier Lysandra gave. It made the whole experience quite pleasant.

I had to buy a new stove. When I visited the Home Depot store, all the staff were very helpful, directing me to the appliances area, and hooking me up with a wonderful sales associate who gave me a department tour. She swiftly found the right stove for me on-line. I was so pleased there were motor carts for the handicapped, and plenty of H/C parking. spots, too!

I had a great experience with Nikki providing phenomenal customer service. She made my experience less complicated than I expected. I have no experience with contracting work, however I was successfully able to purchase the materials and scheduling a repair company for my renovations with ease all thanks to Nikki's help.

Yesterday, at approximately 4:30 pm, my experience at the checkout with the cashier named Kavaugh was incredibly disappointing. Throughout the transaction, Kavaugh did not acknowledge our presence and continued to rap out loud, using offensive language, including the use of a derogatory term. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during what should have been a routine purchase of wood. Additionally, there was an individual nearby, possibly a manager, wearing a dress shirt. The overall atmosphere left me with a sense of unwelcomeness and has led me to reconsider returning to Home Depot for future purchases.

I'm just glad that there was an employee (Ron) who was there to help me get thru my purchase and can't wait to get it installed this next week.

Staff and employees are friendly and helpful. Shopping carts and flat beds are always available in the store- awesome job by the employees bringing the carts inside

I shop here for a variety of items and usually find what I need. If not satisfied I can return it easily. Most sales persons are helpful and friendly. I love your garden center.

Shopping at the Wilkins Home Depot is a pleasure. Mostly helpful employees and a wide selection at decent pricing makes this store stand out.

The Home Depot in Wilkins Twp has great customer service. If you ever need help in the electrical dept., Mr Earl is the man! He made my experience worth the trip (and the money)

We bought several appliances from this Home Depot and our salesperson Nikki was the best.

Sometimes I buy the wrong thing and returns are easy.

The spacer came up to short literally. I couldn't draw up the faucet nut to tighten the faucet to the sink. I had to add another spacer. Frustrating.

This is my go to store. All associates are friendly and knowledgeable. My favorites are Nikki and Karen They shine.

Good customer service makes all the difference. I wish I could remember the name of the employee who helped my find what I was looking for. I think it was Linda. She helped us with a return/exchange. She took time to point out sale items. She helped my choose a sale item that was affordable and within my budget. Another male employee volunteered to help me select the proper item, even closely examining the packaging which I appreciated.

JEREMIAH,MAGGIE and GLENN were the best part of me and my wife day. We had to pick up our order. But we decided to browse a little bit before retrieving our order. We saw some outside furniture that caught our eye. We ask Jeremiah if he could help us. He reply yes and he was wonderful. He worked very hard get us the correct info on the product. He had to call for some assistance, and we met Maggie. What a bright and lovely person. Then Glenn came over and the they all made our visit spectacular!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
