I have found this store to have good customer service and to be neat, clean and well stocked most of the time.

The amount of help you get at this store is amazing. Chris in lumber and Mike in paints were extremely helpful in selecting the proper supplies I needed for a small project I had to do.

I want to let all veterans to support this store. They always make sure we get a 10% discount. This is a good store. When you do go there get checked out by Flo. The PRO Team was wonderful tot work with. Bill and Walt took all of my changes and updates with stride. Walt was a very good help with advising me to grab what I could while I was there as materials that I needed sell quickly once in stock. Aaron was also a terrific help, he worked in lumber. Aaron help pull items that I needed and placed them all on carts for me to later pick up. He was quick to help Walt when asked and was such a gentleman! There was a team member that I was not to happy to be around. His name was Ken. He made a comment to Aaron after Aaron asked him to help him lift some large lumber that I needed for my order. He made me very uncomfortable and he clearly lacks the definition behind "team player". He was very rude.

This is just like any other store, some times you have good or bad experiences. The one thing I know from experience is going early or after peak hours the staff is not very helpful in most cases. It's all about the peak time when they can't do enough for you which is great. There is a reason I go and even when you ask for help during slower hours you get ignored. (Same thing as any other business)

Every time I visit, I feel like a valued customer. The employees are friendly. The items I need are in stock or a comparable alternative is available. The checkout process is smooth and efficient. I am able to get in and out quickly.... unless I get lost in their lovely garden section! It's impossible to leave this store without at least one impulse buy - such great deals!

The friendly, helpful staff at the Willow Grove Home Depot make it my favorite Home Depot to shop. It is my go to destination for all my home improvement projects.

Staff is super friendly, store is busy and there's a line at the entrance pretty much all the time due to covid-19, but they have complimentary sanitizer at the entrance and store is not overcrowded

I need to purchase a new fridge. The associate Jackie in appliances was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. We spent hours there checking models and sizes because we have many constraints in order to fit our kitchen. Even though she didn't spend the entire time with us she made herself available as soon as she could and answered all our questions.numerous times. When we had an issue with our expected delivery. Sharon in appliances was also very helpful all our concerns.

We shop at my stores weekly for work. This one in particular was much more organized, better staffed, and safer to shop in during the covid-19 pandemic. (2) other locations just 3 & 4 days ago were much more chaotic and unsafe.

Ordered items on line from Willow Grove, what they had in stock was delivered quickly but some items were missing. They charged me anyway and I figured out myself items were missing. Took 3 calls to 2 different stores for me to get a credit and I still was missing the items I needed. I found out that HD decided to have another store fulfill and deliver my order and the other store didn't have some of the items in stock to instead of letting me know and crediting me, they just delivered what they had. Buying at the store is fine, but don't count on online orders

The staff was great especially in this difficult time. Everyone was helpful from the lady at the entrance, grill help, cashier and the gentleman at the exit. The woman that helped us with the grill made sure someone was there to help my husband get the grill in the truck. When we got home a part was missing . Customer service was helpful but needed to transfer me to seasonal. Kim helped me and was wonderful. We walked through the book and she found what was missing and spoke to customer service. When my husband got there everything was there. I appreciate everyone’s help. Thank you

I felt like a criminal when exiting because of the examination of my receipt by an store employee. The individual watched me make a purchase, put my receipt in my pocket than asked me to show her the receipt as I was leaving the store.

They are checking your receipt at the door They have to get within 2 feet to mark the receipt They do this for everyone which means the could infect customers with covid19

During our nations time of the National Pandemic Coronavirus this store was very neat, clean, and well stocked. The Service Pro tech Alex went above and beyond to make sure that I gotten everything that I needed on each project I mentioned and shown him. What a great and knowledgeable individual you have working for your company. Thank you Alex!

The man who helped me out, his name was Joe, he was super kind and very helpful. Even with his circumstances he always has a smile and is always kind to me. He really is a great guy who deserves lost of praise! He's the kindest person ever.

We have been coming here for a long time now (years!) We're so used to everyone here at this store for whatever we choose to buy. . I just received great service last time I shopped here.

I've been shopping at the Home Depot, Willow Grove store for many years. In fact, I shopped at the HD store at it's previous location further into Willow Grove proper. There has never been a time when I have been dissatisfied with the service at the store. However, I would like to add a suggestion. The new checkout system and layout can be improved. It can easily confuse customers as to where to checkout, because there are too many registers crammed into one isle. Cashiers are left standing in the line of traffic. There's no place to put bought items that makes any sense, so the cashier has to juggle items, often missing some or ringing up some items twice. The former layout, where the cashier stood behind a designated counter should be returned.

Best Home Improvement Store in the area. I always find everything I need here. The people who work at this store give outstanding customer service every single time I go. They take time to help me with any project I may be doing and their advice is so much appreciated. Their prices are reasonable. You don't just stand there or have to go looking around for someone to help you. You walk in and someone comes over and asks if they can help if they see you are looking for something! This is the way it should be. The store is clean and very easy to find what you need. Also help is available to put something in the car if you need help. I have gone to other stores, but found this is the only store I need to shop at. Thank you Home Depot!

This store was well stocked, clean and brightly lit. The employees were all helpful so I can't name just one. They are very well stocked and it seems everything is pretty easy to find. Overall this is an excellent store to shop in.
