Hands down the BEST Home Depot I’ve ever shopped! I’m truly grateful for Charles in Lumber and the rest of the staff at this store!!

in general some of the most cheaply made and/or poorly designed product I have ever seen.

I went into the store yesterday and found an associate in plumbing who greeted me right away. His name was/is Mac. I told him that I was there to purchase a toilet fill valve and that it was my first time replacing one. He not only walked me over to where they were, but explained in detail the differences between the many on the shelves. He then went on the explain the procedure to me and even gave me some tips on how to save money (unrelated to this particular issue) around my home. I was very pleased with the service! Thank you, Mac!

I recently moved to this area. They have everything in stock, staff is friendly and helpful. It would be great to have one over the bridge in Leland.

Great place to find anything. If not they will order it for you to be delivered to your home or to the store. They are also good corporate citizens of Wilmington.

I always go out of my way to shop this store. The employees really seem to appreciate their customers. They are often busy but take the time to try to genuinely be helpful. The stores are large and as a senior citizen I appreciate their efforts to save me some steps and help me locate items. I appreciate their helpfulness. I noted also that Home Depot has made an extra effort to hire handicapped people who really need a job. Very Impressive!!

Great people who provide great service. However, I did notice two customers in the store without masks. Simply put, your policy should be, “No mask, No entry”. Most stores in our area have that policy. If customers don’t want to wear a mask, fine! Let them order online and pickup outside. Real simple!

Large selection of items needed, associate helped a great deal in checking out which was such appreciated as I had a in store credit situation. Shout out to Wendy .

Absolutely a horrible experience in ordering carpet for our new home.

If you need assistance in the Paint Department think twice before going here. It was staffed by only one person who never acknowledged customers who were waiting. The wait stretched to 20 minutes and then the second staffer who appeared, while nice, was not very adept and ended up mixing the wrong color. The second effort is still not exactly right but I will make it work rather than go back! Then the Garden Department had NO ONE anywhere to answer my question about birdseed. I will say the cashier Bryan was excellent.

I did not visit the store because at 72 I do not get around much BUT i still shop, buy item like refrigerators, appliances, and run 6 rental homes. When I do go to HomeDepot their staff WILL Buttorstop and help you or direct you and help you find what you need.

This store used to be great. It actually had people that knew what they were doing. Now it’s a nightmare to even go in and get a simple phone sale done at the pro desk. I don’t know what happened but it looks like a lot of the good people are gone and they have replaced them with idiots.

I find the employees are friendly, helpful, look up info, for you, I should get names, but, I have never had a bad experience there. So you have my "A."

If you go to this home depot stay clear of Mary Jo she is the absolute worst. She charged me the wrong amount then offered me store credit and wouldnt fix the transaction the right way. I came back into the store and she gave me a attitude to fix the issue rolled her eyes at me and took her sweet time with the customer ahead of me.
