I bought the item because of availability and the overall experience was great

The Winston Salem store always have some awesome products in stock. I mostly purchase online, however I do regularly make in store purchases and am always amazed at the wide variety of products on display along with friendly staff on hand to assist. I bought the Bedford sleigh queen bed and it was so substantial and impressive, I had to purchase another, yes I did purchase 2 Bedford sleigh queen beds in one month from Home Depot and everyone loves them.

All the parts were not included with our Maytag dishwasher and nobody cared.

It’s all about the people. This is a really great store if you want to be waited on by people who seem to care about their jobs and are knowledgeable. I can always buy something someplace else and sometimes even cheaper. I am new to the area and was totally delighted with the service I received in the store.

Diesel Dan & Rebekah were so very helpful, went above and beyond their job duties. They were AMAZING and HAPPY to be working! Love this two and will go back just to work with them again. They SAVED the purchase we made!!! Home Depot Corporate, give Diesel Dan & Rebekah a promotion and raise!!!!!

At the register the cashier Enceen was very friendly. She told me I could save $50 by applying for the home depot credit card. She was very polite and helped me through the whole process.

Extremely helpful employees, that goes over and beyond to assist you. I was assisted with flooring, and he went over the different types and educated me.

Always enjoy shopping at the Hanes Mall store. Great associates like Brian in plumbing, Vicky in Garden, Brad, Iris. Great folks with a smile all the time and willing to help!

Destiny was so helpful. She had several occasions to pass us off to someone else, but she made sure we were helped. In fact, she did it. She even got the display cabinets off the shelf for us, because there were no others available.

I felt welcomed at this store even at seven minutes until closing, unlike the competition down the street where sometimes I’m afraid I’ll make someone mad if I ask a question or told as you enter “you got seven minutes until we close”. We need a Home Depot on Peters Creek Parkway really really bad. Great customer service!!! Thanks Home Depot!!!

This is the worst experience I have shopping at the home-improvement stores. Terrible service very unfriendly managers working in the garden department. I was I was misled by the girl opening credit card for me, I was lied to and talk very unprofessionally by the manager. I was sold a product you your store didn’t have it and spent two hours trying to find the solution to the problem. I left without the product I was told that can’t get the rain check, lost $10 on this purchase and I left store without the product. I definitely would not be coming again I prefer to do my shopping when I know I can always talk to somebody who would listen to me snd provide the best service. There are disappointment I wish I never open credit cards. It’s not about the money I lost but the service that your company is providing ,selling a product you don’t have and nobody knows that you actually don’t have it , spending two hours just to talk to your manager and not resolve anything is is just unacceptable

I've never been a Home Depot regular, but after my last visit that will likely change! Great service here.

Every employee I encountered was courteous and helpful. The consultant I worked with was very knowledgeable about the product line. The store seemed well organized and clean.
