Any time I have had a question or issue, the customer service personnel I have dealt with have been very courteous and knowledgeable while helping me whether it was with something on my general Home Depot account or a product I was looking to purchase or had purchased recently and had a question on.

I purchased Carpeting, a refrigerator, and 7 blinds. I was helped efficiently with each purchase.

A week and 4 phone calls later and still no one has come

I found what I needed from very helpful associates throughout their store.

We bought appliances, and received a handsome discount. We utilized the savings by purchasing items to update the infrastructure for the appliances. Store associate took us through 5 departments on a weekday, evening. He ensured we had what we needed to get the job done. Retrofitting a 100+ yr old house, can be challenging. We especially liked the store associate sharing a picture or two of his own project, similar to our own.

I came into this store to look for bathroom vanities. I asked an associate for assistance and he took me to the vanities, loaded them on my cart, and then took me into the plumbing area to get the trap assembly and answered all my questions along the way! Outstanding experience!

My experience with Home Depot at least at the Lake Delton location, has been amazing. Staff is always ready to help and they make sure your needs are taken care of. Melissa is amazing at her position., Al is a great supervisor and to all the staff that has helped me with projects... thank you.

I was so pleased to work with Amy on custom doors we were ordering, she was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and made sure to clarify everything we asked for! A great asset for Home Depot!

I was double charged for an item and they would not give me the full refund for what they over charged me. They told me it was because of tax and then it was because a restocking fee to because I used a gift card. No one knew why but even the manager was not willing to give me the refund. Not happy with customer care!! This store is going down hill.

Had a great experience with buying a washing machine.

Online said 74 available. Drove 45 minutes and they couldn't find the said item. Very upsetting. Wasted trip.

We bought a washer and dryer and the associate Amy who helped us was professional, knowledgeable, polite and personable we would shop with her again

Took extra time to locate my item, and then apply my military discount...had to try many ways, and times to get it to work!

I buy most of my garden supplies here. In the past couple of years I have built raised beds and they had just the right supplies and they cut lumber to specification needed. And they load my trunk when there is enough staff.

A super helpful staff that allowed a big decision to be stress free. Always enjoy shopping here!

Went to buy some lime. Got no help locating it. Had to walk quite a distance to find a cart to put it on. Finally got this cart pulled to the checkouts and checked myself out. I'm an old disabled guy. Did get excellent help loading by a great employee named Carlos Ortiz. Need more help like Carlos

I came to buy a mini fridge on a busy Saturday, every employee was nice, asked how I was, and if I needed help. When I eventually couldn't find what I was looking for, Sue helped me find it, finish the purchase, and made the whole trip quick and painless.

Lake Delton Home Depot always has helpful staff that actually know what they’re talking about! It’s so nice to explain what you’re doing and have someone with experience helping you!
