The store was very busy but there were plenty of attendants to help. Our cashier Mercedes was fantastic!!! all of the associates were very friendly!

The store was clean and products were easy to find. Most of the store employees were extremely helpful, kind and attentive to customers. I wish the store was stocked in other natural charcoal products for my grill (i.e. Fogo) and not sold out of wood chips. I also wish they had wood planks for grilling like cedar, mesquite, hickory etc. Overall, a very good experience and Jaylen (the cashier) was extremely helpful, efficient and kind.

I feel so fortunate to live close to this store. I usually try to patronize small businesses but there are times when I cant find what I need at a "mom & pop" store. The employees in this store are so helpful that they act like someone who owns their own business.

I LOST SOMETHING WHILST IN STORE. ALL THE STAFF WERE SUPER HELPFUL ONCE I WENT IN PERSON TO TRY TO RETREIVE IT HOWEVER-FOR AN HOUR I WAS CALLING AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN JUST TO BE PUT ON HOLD, HUNG UP ON, OR HAVE NOBODY PICK UP THE PHONE AT ALL. SO IN STORE-GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY-UNACCEPTABLE

This store is way better than the Bed Stuy location that’s closer to me. Well managed, cleaner, thought out check out & employees who go the distance for your needs.

I was able to find the products easily once Milton pointed me in the correct direction. I will say it was easy to find help. Sometimes it is hard to find someone around and I need to walk a bit but this time Milton was there right away to help and very friendly.
