Again, the person working customer service completely ignored me, helped other customers besides me, and even asked me to step aside so they could help someone in line BEHIND me without ever helping me. Only when I tried to leave did they yell nonsense about "josh" and an "order from the back" at me and followed me into the parking lot. That person ruined the my visit, and this is the last time I'll be at this Home Depot.

This store and its employees were Very Helpful toward me. So do appreciate it!!

Tina Young in appliances made this visit awesome!! I walked in to do research and I unexpectedly walked out with 4 major appliance purchase!!!

It's great to walk in to the Woodridge Home Depot and be greeted with a smile. Your sales clerks are professional and go beyond the call of duty to be helpful. We all need advice at times and your employees make it easier for us to get that special job done correctly.

I went to the Woodridge Home Depot for a new Gas Dryer and had a very good experience with Tina Young in the Appliance Department. She listened to my concerns and didn't try to over sell me but was very informative. Great service!

I am a huge fan of this location. They are always extremely helpful and quick about everything. Absolutely my go to for hardware needs.

I've been to just about every home depot within a 75 mile radius of chicago...north and south...this is my favorite store....workers who actually want to be there...helpful, respectful and friendly...always ready to help!

I bought this mini fridge back in November of 2020. In April 2021, so 5 month later, it broke so I came to the store and they did replace it, with no issues, no question asked. Now, end of October of 2021, almost 7 months later, again the replacement broke so I came back to the store to replace it. They are telling me that they will not replace it as I have to go thru manufacturer waranty. That why did I purchased the 2 years replacement plan? Is not my fault that this broke again.

I have been going to Woodridge, #1942, for over 10 years and their customer service has always been, and continues to be, top notch. Everyone is very polite and helpful. Smiles all around. It's like the associates enjoy what they do - something that you don't find very often.

This is one of the BEST Home Depot's out there, from the folks at customer service, to pro desk, merchandising cleanliness, on and on.

As a Military Retiree/war veteran we do not get cost of living increases like the public sector union people receive. The percentage off we receive allows us retirees to save a little bit by shopping at your store. Everyone has such a good attitude and show it every time I go in your store. I do not usually fill out a survey for every purchase as I think it's worthless to do so.

I bought 200 paver bricks today. A worker help me to load them into my car. He was very helpful and friendly. Overall great experience shopping at Home Depot today.

I went shopping at Home Depot today and David was very helpful with my purchase of peat moss and garden soil; loading it on to my cart and then into my car. David was very friendly and nice and so was the cashier. Thank you Home Depot for making it a pleasant experience.

Items listed as in stock may not be and when told they would be ordered sometimes are just not. Managers don't call back and you are left to call over and over to get updates on the status of everyday items they carry which you already paid for. There is nothing they sell you can't buy somewhere else.

Great clean store with lots of friendly employees willing to help out. A lot of employees with DIY experience work here. Joanna was super great as she checked me out and we laughed about the fact that I spent more money on the candy I picked out last minute for my kids than the actual plumbing products I came to the store for, hahaha.

Associates in this store are very helpful and willing to answer your questions.

I was renovating my kitchen and found a gem in my own backyard. Sue in the design area is wonderful. I would suggest this location to everyone.
