Store is very clea, well organized with employees who are always willing and able to help with all my shopping experiences. I have never asked a question that was not answered. It mught not have been the answer I wanted but it was quick and correct. What more can an old man ask for. Thanks

Although I found the products I wanted, checkout was anything but pleasant due to my cashier. My husband is a veteran and is happy to receive a veterans discount from Home Depot. Due to his age, 66, and having asthma, he is not going in stores during the pandemic but was in the car to unload my plants. My cashier said he had to come in the store to get the discount despite me having explained the situation. She told me not to get an attitude. She gave it to me but loudly let it be known not to try it again! Other businesses have been gracious and have bent over backwards to help during this crisis......sadly disappointed.

Finding the products i needed,was easy,with plenty on the shelf. self checkout was also easy and fast,Super store.

Employees were super the Saturday,I was shopping,even though it was quite busy,that makes shopping alot easier .

Every time I need to pick up something either for my husband who is in the middle of a project or some random thing, the employees are my 'go to' people. They are always super helpful and help me find just what is needed. My last trip I had a great employee who taught my son and I all about the antique keys we brought in to make a copy of.

Always great experience at Wyomissing store

I was in the store midday on a weekday. The store was not busy. I couldn't find the product I was looking for. There were employees just standing around, yet not one offered any assistance. One employee was engaged in a long personal conversation with another person who wasn't an employee. All self-serve checkouts were open, but only one manned checkout, where there was a line. I guess all those employees standing around can't man a checkout. This is why people buy online.

Clean store, stocked shelves, orderly, and easy to find things. The staff was very helpful. The restroom was clean. The checkout lady was very accommodating and helpful. Find what you need, and more!

This Home Depot store in Wyomissing Pa. does a great job. The staff at this store goes above and beyond what is expected of them.

I love going here. Sometimes I go 2-3 times a day just because I can! Just kidding. It's usually because I forgot to get what I initially went for.

I shop in this store often. Employees recognize me when i come in and always greet. They're very friendly and always willing to assist when you need help. Customer service is excellent!
