Getting better and better. Good friendly staff and nice well stocked clean store

I lacerated my foot severely (9 stitches) on 05/24/21 after I checked out with Christine in the Yulee location. My fault entirely. She gave me immediate first aid, as did her manager, and two other employees. They did an excellent job! The local first aid doctor around the corner AND the emergency doctor said they did a first rate job on administering first aid!!! FANTASTIC JOB!

I don't know what a yulee store is? I always find everything I need at Home Depot. Found the product I was looking for. Yes I received assistance. The store was very clean. I'm happy to see the priced clearly marked on all items. Everyone was friendly and helpful. While I was shopping my wife went into the garden area and bought a plant.

This store is the best. Every employee has always been very helpful in finding the produnct we are looking for and answering any questions we might have. The store is always clean and appreciate asking everyone to wear a mask during this unusal time.

Store in a bad location with too much parking lot traffic. It makes it cumbersome to drive up to the store. It seems like every time I need an item on a certain aisle, it is completely blocked off by a team of employees fetching something off the top shelf. If you stand there and wait, the employees act like you are bird dogging them and get upset. It’s better than the Lowe’s down the street because the Home Depot actually has the things I am looking for. The self checkout is the best thing about the Home Depot.

THE STORE ASSOCIATE WALKED WITH ME ALMOST TO THE OTHER END OF THE STORE TO SHOW ME THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR. YOU DONT SEE THIS VERY OFTEN.

Since I move to Fernandina Beach I became one of your new customer. For the last ,three years I have continuously received excellent customer services. Specially when I have a project in my home but also needs help putting it together. Is clear that without their help, the project may have never come to its conclusion.

No COVID restrictions here ! Shame on managers to NOT walk the floors and require shoppers to follow the safety guidelines. Employees were great , many shoppers were not........don't bring you family here until the pandemic is OVER.

Store is handy to our residence and the prices, I feel, are better than other similar stores.

Shopped in two different departments this week and had no difficulty obtaining help or purchasing what we determined was needed. Donna in the kitchen department was especailly helpful.

Store manager, Sammy, is excellent! I got some bad information with an online chat agent (out of area delivery, applying military discount), so I was disappointed when I went to the store and learned she gave me bad info and it was a wasted trip. Sammy took personal ownership and did what he could to salvage my sale, even taking the time to personally order my appliances, apply the discount to the items he could, check inventory, and review everything line by line. They would have lost my business to a competitor had it not been for this "above and beyond" customer service. I'm loyal!

There is a person name Dave or the "front desk guy" was extremely personable and attentive to begin my experience and it only got better from there. Dave listened to what I needed and he went out of his way to make sure he got it done! Great experience.

You can always find experienced and helpful staff to find items you're searching for and tips to complete your project. Cashier's are friendly and make sure you get all discounts you're entitled to.

I really love the Yulee store. Everyone who works there are very professional. They go above and beyond for their customers. I live in Jacksonville. I don't mind taking a ride from Jacksonville to Yulee to be treated with the utmost respect.

This store has wonderful employees especially mitch this man will listen to you and go above and beyond what I normally expect from a employee he will not rush you or just point in the direction he will stay with you until you find exactly what you need..this one employee makes this entire store way above the rest !

This was a big project and the young lady at the paint counter started my trip off so well and the cashier, Debora, completed my visit with smiles and warm wishes of good luck on the project.
