Great selection of kitchen sinks, faucets, and garbage disposals, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff who answered all our questions, offered extremely helpful suggestions, and pointed out things we hadn't thought of previously. It was a great shopping experience and we got exactly what we needed.

I had lots of issues with the home depot. All agents withing the store were very helpful and eager to help. I would not recommend dealing with the online chat. They tie up your time and then tell u to call someone else

Laura from tools made it seem like I was a bother to make a purchase. She made what was supposed to be a quick in and out a long process. It took less than a min to unlock what I wanted to buy. She seemed lost, I watched as she tried to help someone find something she didn’t even know where it was. She walked by me twice while looking for something in “her” dept? I’d think she would have a clue where to look.

Very disrespectful employees in explanation of new policies - same as when Home Depot changed the veteran's policies.

My wife are working on a large DIY project and this Home Depot in Zephyrhills has always been great with customer service. As soon as you walk in a rep always greets us and asks if we need help with anything. It is always a pleasure to shop here.

Our DYI required multiple trips for supplies. We live across the street from another home improvement center. We drive across town to shop at this Home Depot. The associates are consistently friendly and helpful. We always find what we are looking for plus many smiles!

Where other stores and home improvement retailers couldn't get the deck paint that I needed, this store ordered it, gave approximate In Store pickup date. Courteous, professional service.

I returned some plants that died. I was told that because it was over 90 days I had to have a store gift card. The other same plants that I purchased are still doing great. The cashier told me when I purchased these plants I could return them because they didn’t look that great but we needed them to match the others that we had purchased. So all I have to say to you is BEWARE what you purchase at Home Depot because of the card card system.
