I arrived in a panic trying to find a gift for the plant child. Sir Tony must have felt my panic, and spoke up from the lift he was on, “Have you seen the Anthurium Crystallinum? You’re going to want to.” He untethered himself from the lift to come down and help me find what only my plant child would cry with joy over! I can’t find help at the other place, @HD they go out of their way to help!

I was way more for the product I wanted do to employee mistake

At this store I was greeted with kindness and every one of the employees that I spoke to was helpful but most importantly there was a gentleman with a beard and a beanie On I018 where all the power tools are at and he was very helpful and took the time to explain something to me that helped me with my purchase. I was making a spendy purchase... So I am grateful for that interaction because it really helped me in the end.

Little lady I'm plumbing acted like I was making stuff up when I asked if they moved there flushometers. She didn't know what I was talking about and when we found them she said with adittude (that's a water closet)

I rarely have to shop at HD these days but when I do, this is my preferred store. They have a great staff and I usually find what I need in stock and the store has always looked great inside. The outside though….you can never park close and I haven’t figured out yet if it’s because the areas contractors leave their equipment up front in the lot, or whatever is going on, but all the best spots are already taken so expect to walk a ways. Hopefully you know where inside your items will be at already or prepare for an unwanted tour of the place while you figure it out.

I'll avoid this store if possible, its old, messy, disorganized aisles cluttered, throw dogs into that mix not a pleasant experience.

Went in just to ask a few questions and I was met with a lot of unkindness. I even had to pause and say, “I’m not trying to upset you” which was met with a rude glance and her being short. My buddy ended up going to ACE after I told him about this experience and you should too. Doesn’t take much to be kind

The employees we encountered at the Salt Lake City Home Depot were courteous and helpful. They enabled us to find in a timely way what we were looking to purchase.

I bought a new light for the garage and boy did it light the garage up good. I have a old one and when the bulb goes out I will buy another since cant get replacement bulbs

I was running errands and remembered the “honey do” that still needed to be done, so I visited this mega-store to shop for the right fix. I have to say the store was filled to the brim with inventory that was well placed and thoughtfully done. The app sent me to the isle and bin so I didn’t wander around, it was get ‘er done. There were several options to choose from and I picked out the best option in my humble opinion, knowing my spouse will provide final say. It worked like a Swiss watch. Checkout was amply ready for checkout with friendly cashiers to assist if needed. I think I just found my favorite Home Depot

I've been here several times and the power tool section never seems to have what I'm looking for. Frustrating to have to go elsewhere

It always has everything I need at unbeatable prices. I appreciate their return policies and their convenience to the city. It is my go to spot for projects and improvements.

You moved everything around in the store. I can’t find anything where it used to be. As a contractor, time is money. I can’t find what I’m looking for, and if I happen to run into an employee, they don’t know where it is either.

Best in store service I’ve ever recieved. While not a Home Depot employee Coooer helped with my purchase of a Ryobi snow blower from start to finish!! Super impressed with his customer service skills.

Parking lot is crazy and hard to get into. Bathrooms are a disaster. Customer service ain't bad and it seems they have a lot of products.

I'm very excited about the Milwaukee sell but hesitant to go in due to the rude pushy cashier that's working there

This is the closest Depot to my house but I only go there if I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. There's always something messed up here. Employees try to avoid you or the checkout is wonky or not working or the check out helper isn't helpful and really just in the way. No other Depot that I go to has these problems. Yea, 15 yrs now. UGH.

Small things such as unrestricted access to restrooms may be depended on at THD

HD continues to raise prices on many of their items , while carrying fewer items. All to make HD even more money than they have been making (which has been excessive for many years now going back before covid )

We love our Tankless Water Heater and the new Furnace with the central AC and our Generac Generator and our new refrigerator and dishwasher!

Went in to get a weed eater With help I walked out with a great deal on Milwaukee weed eater with attachments. Great staff helping me to get in and out quickly. Very pleased

I HAVE A DEGREE IN COMMUNICATIONS - AND NOT ONLY COULD THE HOMEDEPOT REP NOT UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION - SHE LEFT ME STILL NOT KNOWING THE ANSWER OF HOW TO LOCATE A WAREHOUSE ITEM IN STOCK AND HAVE IT SHIPPED TO MY HOMEDEPOT STORE - IT JUST SEEMED LIKE INTENTIONAL EMPLOYEE DARELICTION AND OBSTRUCTION
