Everyone was so nice and helpful at 6am . My expansion tank blew up at 2am so I came straight to Home Depot after clean up and seeing up fans.

Manager acted like she was to good to help at self checkout. I was having trouble with my card reader she couldn't walk 3ft to help. Never seen anything like this lucky a young lady associate walked by ask her for help. She helped me wasn't my card was the reader

Salesman Ed and his Manager Grant were very refreshing to work with for my purchase. True Customer Service is hard to find nowadays, but I found it when I spoke with both of them.

I'm not sure why this woman is a appliance specialist at 979 Beards Hill Rd, home Depot, but what I do know is that she is rude, disrespectful and not very friendly or kind or welcoming. She refused to assist me with flooring, even though it wasn't her dept, but she could have tried her best to at least hear my question and then if she didn't know the answers then so be it. But she strongly, rather manly said there's no one in flooring for the rest of the evening and then turned her back to me. I will more than likely never visit this particular home Depot again because of her that's how bad my experience was.

ED did an excellent job guiding us through the entire process of purchasing window treatments for our kitchen. Colin's advice helped me save a ton of money when we had to replace our refrigerator's water supply system. Peter from garden is always very courteous, respectful, and positive every day, every time.

Two cashiers in garden was very friendly and eager to help me.

Drew helped me for 2 hours with couple decks and a roof . He very patient and treated me great ! Has always been great! Susan is always excellent also ! Very sufficient with checking our order ! Great team to have !!!

i like the variety of products...there used to be too many restocked items that were missing parts..when i opened them, i had to return them. i am very grateful for the electric carts. there are plenty of ones available.

Morning crew is outstanding

I went to the Aberdeen home depo on Monday 3rd March 2025 to see if the store carried pressure washers. As I arrived through the main entrance, I saw a female employee who I asked to show me the pressure washers. I cannot remember her name, but she was an African American female employee who escorted me to the isle that had the pressure washers. The local time was around 1140am. The lady provided me with a brief demonstration of the product and displayed excellent customer service which prompted me to purchase the product. We surely need more customer service representatives like her. My only regret is forgetting her name, but the store could easily identify her by looking at the internal security cameras.

Well staffed. Short wait times. Was able to Get help with a coup,e different issues on today's visit.

I never had a problem with any of my new purchases at Home Depot, so far I purchased a Stove, microwave, vinyl flooring and backsplash and now a refrigerator!!!

I would recommend the Aberdeen Home Depot. Always had good service there. I do not recommend Home Depot door installation service on line. Only took three months to get one door replaced with another door. I do have to say, the company they got to finally come to install the door was very efficient. Did a great job.

We always get the help that we need at the Aberdeen store. From cutting our wood to size to helping us search for screws and other items, the people are so patient and friendly.

I can always find what I need and if I have any problems you always have very helpful employees. I look forward to my shopping trips to the Aberdeen Home Depot!

Went in to return my old battery for the core credit- at the “returns” counter, which had no one in line. Young man at the counter told me to go to the customer service registers- where I had to wait in line and when I was finally waited on, the associate made absolutely no eye contact with me, helped another associate AND another customer while ringing up my transaction and then handed me my receipt, saying that the amount had been credited to my credit card. How rude!!!

The Aberdeen store employees are always so friendly. We recently purchased carpeting and while we were there I opened a charge card. The purchasing and application process was so easy and Alissa was so kind, helpful and friendly. This was a wonderful experience

Whenever I need assistance with finding something, or advice about anything, I always get professional and courteous help.

Home Depot is my favorite store. I about to purchase a new refrigerator and a natural gas fire place insert in the next month or two and looking forward to seeing how it goes. I have always had a good experience at Home Depot and today Sharon made my day! Very nice woman!

I can usually find what I need. If not, I’ve had it delivered to the store for pickup. Occasionally the actual inventory may not match the quantity showing on line. I always check anyway rather than making the trip to another supplier.

I was shopping for power tools. Picked up a few and continued shopping. As soon as I went to another aisle there were announcements to have employees go to the aisles I was shopping. I understand that powetools are an expensive item but i do not like being perceived as a theif

I bought a fan and caulk that I did not need. The attendant was very friendly and it was quick to return my items.

Anyone that thinks Home Depot isn't a 'browsing kind of retailer' is missing out! I truly love that I can find end of year items on sale while there's still stock! Thanks for being consistent Home Depot - knowing your audience/customer makes a world of difference.

Today I stopped in at the Aberdeen Home Depot store to pick up a few pieces of hardware. I brought one of the bolts that I needed to replace, and after checking it for the correct size and threads, (it was a metric size 6-1.0), I found the replacements and proceeded to the check-out registers. I was making a cash purchase, and initially waited for a self check-out register to become available. As luck would have it, there was ONLY ONE register out of 4 available that could take cash payments, AND IT WAS OUT-OF-ORDER!!!!! After realizing this, I was directed to the ONE and ONLY register being operated by a LIVE HUMAN BEING! This is where I met NICOLE. She went out of her way to help me with my modest purchase and made me feel like I was her most important customer of the day. THANK YOU NICOLE for being so helpful, friendly, and for making me feel like your most important customer of the day. ( And to the gentleman who was behind me at Nicole’s register, thank you for your thoughtful gesture too!)
