My "go to" Store for home improvements

This store is always well stocked. Neat. And a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have always gotten excellent service, Also very easy to return items not used.

Francis offered GREAT customer service since he is a plumber. I was upset because I had to fix my toilet and it took me Monday into Tuesday to take the tank off. One bolt had to be sawed off and it took hours for me to do it. I needed 3 nuts and bolts but the kit only had 2 nuts and bolts plus I had to get a bowl gasket which I found out after removing the tank. Surprise! Anyway,thank heavens that episode is done and thank heavens for Home Depot cause my toilet tank has all new parts in it for many years of happy flushing.

One of the best home depot's in this area because they backup their customer satisfaction. I purchased my windows, HVAC and appliances from this store. Consumer's forget they can always go to corporate if home depot doesn't respond to your issues in a timely manner.

We met a gentleman by the name of Troy who we believe works in Outside Lawn & Garden Dept. He was extremely professional, friendly, courteous, attentive and customer service oriented. He exceeded my expectations of what customer service should be. It’s clear to us that Troy objective was to to provide use beyond exceptional service and it appears that his overall mission was to see that we were happy with the level of service he provided. He represented himself beyond the company’s customer service standards. Operating with a Quality Assurance mindset is essential to providing optimal quality of service without compromising the company's business operations and I sincerely believe that a person should always operate as a Quality Assurance representative which is equivalent to efficiency and quality of products and services and Mr. Troy went beyond his expectations. Hopefully management recognizes his level of service he provides to the functionality of the company’s operations.
