We needed a new a new push lawn mower and visited the Home Depot after checking out another store in town. We found the mower we were looking for and Nathan the sales associate was a great help answering our questions about the mower and setting up a delivery for us. He was extremely customer oriented and courteous! Thanks Nathan!

We are remodeling our bathroom, repainting the inside of our house and getting new carpet. The employees at Home Depot are so knowledgeable in every department we visited. They were friendly and so willing to help us. When we were not real sure what we needed they would suggest different things, or interduce us to products we didn't even know existed.

I have NEVER experienced such a rude, disinterested employee as the young lady today. She was only interested in talking with the girl at the register. Took forever to get her to come over then during checkout she and the girl talked again. Asked her name she wouldn't tell me but it started with a J.

With all that is going on in this world, Home Deport in Abilene rocked Service and Friendliness! The high light: Having a willing employee find me to see if I needed help!!!! From the point that I arrived to the loading of my purchase couldn't of asked for more!

I attempted to make purchases in the electrical and plumbing departments. Very frustrating because of the numerous items on shelves were mislabeled and empty shelf spaces. Additionally cashier refused to give me my veterans discount because I did not have a iPhone for her to scan!

Came in to buy a new gas stove. I was expecting this to be an arduous task, but the lady in appliances made it simple and pleasant.

I just want to say the Nisi was awesome. She took care of me quickly, courteously, and professionally. Also, I want to give a good word for a young man named Antonio. He has helped me on several occasions. He is awesome and I hope he is rewarded for being in my opinion the best employee I've encountered at Home Depot or anywhere else.

Went to the home depot store and the Employee Tristan Z. was very helpful in helping me get the things I needed and get them loaded up and then helped me get them loaded on the Trailer very quickly.

I was there to order a she-shed. Everone I encountered said hello and offered to assist us. You can tell they are well-cared for employees who seem to really enjoy their work!

Went in there on 12-29-21, the lady at customer service screwed up everything. Went back on 1-5-22 and Jacque- took care of everything and fixed all the problems caused by the first employe. Very friendly and helpful! Only reason we stayed as a customer and your not getting bad reviews. Keep Jacque and get rid of the other one- she makes your company look stupid and uncaring! Give Jacque a raise and the other the boot!!

I was desperately looking for C9 Outdoor Christmas Lights after the ones I bought at another Big Box Store were dead upon arrival. Three out of the four strings did not work. I returned them and found that they were out of stock. I went out to my truck, opened the Home Depot App, and found the store had them in stock. When I arrived at the store, I found that not only were they in stock, the roll of lights was larger and cheaper! I've always found the employees in this store friendly and very helpful.
