Great same day service for my business. Sally was able to get us taken care of in record time, and bailed us out when we were in a bind by getting us same day delivery for supplies to get a job done. It wouldn't have happened without Sally!

Found what i needed great deal on 4 quality huskey straps

The product I purchased was the Homer buckets and lids.I like this since I've had a couple for a few years and they hold up well; color is great for spotting them among multiple items.

About a week ago, my husband and I decided to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal, so we headed to the plumbing department of The Home Depot on North Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs. Neither my husband nor I know anything about plumbing, so we were thrilled when we were greeted immediately by Orlando Fernandez, one of the store's employees. He was truly amazing! He helped us buy everything that we needed and then walked us through the entire process. It's clear that Orlando loves his job and enjoys helping people.

I just purchased a refrigerator from this store. The employee who assisted me was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. All of the workers were smiling and seemed happy to work in this store. Such a pleasant experience! Highly recommended!

Have been satisfied with every visit to this Home Depot is selecting new window coverings, and to purchase a new outside door. Always have had great service finding items, also, and staff friendly and helpful! Feel at home in this store!

Unhelpful and rude customer service representatives working in the appliance section.

Went in looking for a tiny screw to repair a lamp. I was greeted by a young man named Matthew who offered to assist me. Wasn’t sure Home Depot would have the screw, but Matthew didn’t stop until he located exactly what I needed. And he didn’t take long either! Love it when employees are knowledgeable, know their products and where to find them. Very pleased!

This is my favorite store in the whole city. The staff here is always helpful, always smiles, always laughing and chatting with each other, it’s a real happy place to be. The other stores in the city are “OK“, however I always leave this North Academy store in a good mood.

Our purchases were made at the Woodman Rd. store in Colorado Springs. Every employee we passed asked if we needed help with anything and were very pleasant when they asked.

The sales specialist at the Home Depot store on Academy and Woodmen have always been able to provide knowledgeable advice and suggestions on the DIY home projects that I have undertaken. The sales specialist are helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging.

Emily helped us purchase a fridge. It was a great experience although we were disappointed it will take 10 days to get our fridge delivered. Buts it's faster than several other places we checked.

We like this particular store, pleasant helpful employees. We checked out through the garden center this time and Matthew was very kind and helpful. Great employee.

Good store with helpful employees.

I was cut across two fingers on my right hand as I reached down into the Ortho lawn/garden bug killing box to retrieve a bag, aisle #1, left side of store, mid-way down the aisle, left side of aisle, ground level. I was cut by a "lost" and unguarded box-cutting blade resting on the bag. The gal I went to was professional to the point of surprised of me bleeding, asked if I wanted a band-aid, I asked for two, and she gave me some antiseptic wipes and two band-aids. Larry at check-out was awesome. No accident report asked of me. No manager came to speak to me. I won't return to this store despite accidents happen but rather how managers should respond to injuries - particularly injuries to customers.

If you need flooring advice, installation appointments, or general knowledge, talk to Gayle. Best Home Depot employee I’ve ever met. Also the only one I could name on sight. Might even get her a Christmas card.

It was later in the evening and after having visited a different local home depot, where I was told there were fewer items, than at another local home depot, I went to the larger one and found a kitchen sink that was acceptable to our budget and needs. I liked that the Faucet was already included (many faucets seem to cost as much as the whole sink assembly) The arrangement of the sinks on display was nice and I appreciated seeing the gauge number of the steel prominently displayed because I didn't want a sink that dented easily even though it may have been cheaper.

Got a discount because the proper size wasn’t available.

The last time I visited this store, a few days ago, I was greeted by a young woman with a friendly smile, buy shy. I asked her if she liked working at this store. She said, "yes, it's exciting to learn all kinds of new stuff!" I asked how long she had been working for Home Depot, she said about a month. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her. She looked it up on her phone (?) and told me where I could find what I wanted. I was impressed that she was so excited about her job.

Great experience on 2021 Memorial Day in the purchase of a Washer and Dryer in the Appliance Department...Awesome customer service from Home Depot employee "Ms. Becka"...Becka went above and beyond in assisting my wife and I in the purchase of a GE Washer and Dryer for our "Retirement" in Woodland Park, Colorado. She was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional at her job. Great explanation of the product, and sound knowledge of the extended warranty. Recommend her to assist if shopping for new or replacement appliances. Thanks "Ms Becka".

The employees make this store the best. I have been helped by happy, friendly employees at this store. It makes all the difference. I also find what I want in stock every time.

The store was clean and well stocked. My interaction with the associates was a pleasant experience. I will definitely visit this location again versus the location closer to me.

My husband and I went on Friday evening to see some paint for our weekend project. We asked a few question and Samantha went above and beyond to help. She is so knowledgeable and will be my go to person for any paint project we may have. She really explained things throughly and even gave her dept extension if we had any additional questions at home while doing our project. She walked around with us and thought us lots of things and tools we need. I am thankful for people like her who is so passionate about their job. Thank you Samantha!
