Self checkout no other option available. Self checkout does not give an option of entering tax exempt farm number so an associate had to assist me. Also I had a 5 gallon can of paint they did not have a hand held scanner so I had to wrestle it to find barcode. Several isles were blocked off for some unknown reason. Associates were nice but not all are trained on cash registers. So one person was trying to handle all the issues of self checkout. Their products are great but need to have better customer service at registers.

Ada is 35 miles from my home in Holdenville. It is neat, well stocked and convenient to do the home repair and garden supplies to enable me to keep my home and property maintained.

Super friendly staff who are always willing to go above and beyond.

By far the friendliest Home Depot store that I've ever been in. Store is well stocked and well displayed and has knowledgeable helpful associates. Love to shop here.

Home Depot in Ada is a good place to shop. Everyone is helpful and polite.

The store is well-stocked and logically laid out. The aisles are normally clear and the inventory is well arranged for easy inspection. The employees are friendly and helpful and appear to know how to comment on inventory items. It is a good store that appears to be well-managed.

I am very happy with our Home Depot. The assoiates are friendly. It is very clean. The bathrooms are spotless.

We quit going to a few Home Depot stores in Texas because of rude employees in 4 years. Since we bought a new property recently in OK, we decided to give Home Depot another chance and were impressed by the employees’professionalism and helpfulness . Everybody is friendlyl . They went extra mile to help us get what we need and we are happy and satisfied customers.

The employees that I encountered today were extremely friendly and helpful. Directed me to some areas and even took me to the area that I needed and answered all the questions that I had about a particular refrigerator.

This is my favorite Home Depot. There are 3 that are about the same distance from my home, but this one seems so much more personal and friendly. The others are great, too, but there’s something extra special about the atmosphere at the ADA store.

Most of the staff at this location make you feel at home. If you need any help they can all help you but ask for Judd and he is great.

This store has very helpful and kind employees that offer great customer service!
