Could not find anyone to help load 113 lb item on to a dolly.Finally got it loaded by my self and then after checkout could not get anyone to come to help me load it into my truck. It took cashier 5 min to get some one to help me.Associates were all over the place some even in groupes of 4 but I guess helping customers was not in their job discription.

A good, simple experience aided by excellent store personnel. It was my first online purchase/store pick-up experience and I'll do this again. There is no Home Depot in my community. Alexandria is 50 miles south of me. The store is a good resource for me to obtain products not available in my home town.WJM
