I absolutely love Home Depot’s plant selections!!! They never fail me when it comes to shopping for my garden

I AM SO PROUD OF THE WAY ONE OF YOU SALES ASSOCIATES HANDLED A SITUATION OF NOT HAVING ENOUGH HELP.I OWN A BUSINESS AND YOU CAN HAVE TOO MANY OR NOT ENOUGH AND IN THIS ECONOMY, IT USUALLY IS NOT ENOUGH.THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY NICE TO THE OTHER LADY SHE HAD LET BROWSE AND WAITED ON MY WIFE AND I. THE OTHER LADY WAS VERY UPSET THAT SHE DIDNT RETURN RIGHT AWAY, BUT SHE HAD 2 OTHER FAMILIES LOOKING FOR HELP.WHAT COULD SHE DO???? I THINK SHE DID GREAT AND HANDLED HERSELF VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND DIDNT LOOSE HER COOL. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

HD receipts fade at the first sign of sun or sweat. They’ll use that as a basis for declining your return even if they look it up from your debit card.

Planting my garden. I found everything I need

I re-do my mother's flower beds every year for her mother's day gift. This year she decided that she wanted the red mulch. Went to three other stores in Amarillo without finding what I needed. Ended up at Home Depot on Soncy. Should have started here! Great product great employee great help all the way around. I was directed to what I wanted and when I stated that I wanted dry bags that hadn't been rained on, she never missed a beat and accommodated me in every way. Got a cart we loaded bags. Went to cashier who set me up with my veteran's discount. First employee helped me load bags (15) into my car. Great great great experience all the way around.

Make sure before you leave the rental department that there are no additional charges such as rental insurance or gas fees. I won’t rent here again.

Home Depot on the west side of Amarillo is the best hardware store in Amarillo, probably the best in the Texas panhandle, and maybe the best in the state. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and anxious to help. And they know what they’re talking about! Easily my favorite store. Thank you Home Depot!!

We rented an electric auto-feed drain cleaner. The customer rep was super helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The name on his apron was Ross.

Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the Managers are always a big help and always share a smile and good word with you.

I purchased a box of 10 4’ led bulbs to install in a t-12 fluorescent light fixture , I had already removed the ballast . Discovered that the box of led bulbs were bad . The store manager exchanged box of bulbs with a good set of them , no hassles and no problems exchanging them .

I was with my 61 yo wife trying to load 6 x 6 x 12 treated posts. After being ignored by half a dozen workers, a friendly employee offered to help. The cashier was super friendly, but there is a lot of lazy workers at this store. No help loading in the truck.

Emloyees in the lumber area were very helpful except for one employee who was very rude and disrespectful. We all have our bad days, but you don't get to be rude to customers.

On multiple occasions I have tried to purchase items at this location but have not been able. Nobody to help you. Order items online only to arrive and see they are damaged Manager gives a lot of lip service. Go in a week later still a mess can’t get what I need again. Order online in the morning don’t hear anything until later that evening. They don’t have any of the product I ordered even though it shows quite a few on line. I will not be shopping with them again.

I purchase many things at Home Depot. Whether in person or online, it is a good experience. We live 2 hours from the nearest Home Depot & Amarillo is the closest. When in town, we always go to Home Depot for something. On this visit, I was looking for saucers for planters and wasp spray. Every employee I asked to help me were kind, friendly & helpful.

When I need anything for my home or garden I can easily access this store. I love the location and things I need are usually in stock.

Mercedes went above and beyon. She helped us from start to finish. She showed us the material and gave us ideas. She trully made us feel welcomed, and made our shopping experience so easy.

I love this Home Depot. You can tell people enjoy working here too. They smile and laugh with each other and they help the customers that way too.

The only store that seemed to have 12 pack yellow violas. It's not the same with pansies to me. My only complaint is that I did not buy more. I always come and check this garden center at least once a week. You need to see what is blooming and in stock regularly if you want to keep your garden interesting year round.

Rude folks! The computer is the nicest thing about this store.

Employees are rude and speak very condescending to you. They even raise their voices at you.

Wrong dishwasher delivered to the home. The delivery driver took the new dishwasher and the old dishwasher. When we called to figure out the exchange or refund policy, we receive the runaround. Went into the store Saturday 8/26 very concerned and frustrated. When we asked to talk to the manager we were told to go back to the appliance section and someone will meet us. No one met us and we had to go back up to the front. Getting the run around again. When the manager and assistant did come to the front. Instead of being told what they could do to help us, they told us what they couldn’t do. The managers told us we had to call the vendor for help, they couldn’t do anything at the store. So, I stood at the customer service desk with the assistant manager and call Home Depot customer service over the phone to see if they could help me since the store couldn’t. Home Depot customer service representative over the phone, walked us through the exchange process with the in store assistant manager to find a solution. When I told the Home Depot customer service representative over the phone, “with this exchange policy it’s not really giving me a reason to want to do business with them.” She explained she would give 10% when we re do the purchase. Which I appreciate the offer, but with the horrible customer service in the store I’m not sure I will shop there, it was very obvious the employees and the management team could care less about helping us or if we shop at their store. I think it’s very important in customer service when people are upset to know that people want to hear what you CAN do not what you CANT do. Home Depot customer service representative on the phone was great at reassuring us that she could help us and give us a solution to the issue.

I have spent over 5k this month alone at HD and have previously had great experiences. Today they were ignoring customers, rude and no help loading order which caused the load to break as I was trying to load alone. When I asked for help I was told I could go get it myself.
