Great store although they do not have all the items that a larger Home Depot has.

We went to Lowes and Home Depot shopping for a washer and dryer set. The final cost was around $200 cheaper than it would have been at Lowes. Home Depot will install and deliver it for free in 1 week. Lowes told me that it would take almost a month to get it to my house. Awesome. The store associate was very helpful and she had practical experience which helped me pick the models we wanted.

Everything was exactly as I expected and I found what I was looking for easily. I did not need any assistance while I was in the store.

I went in with a sprinkler problem I wasn't sure how I was going to solve. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me find an easy, inexpensive solution right away.

We had an unusual situation in returning a refrigerator which turned out to be the wrong size and purchasing one the right size. The problem that occurred with the refund was the result that we went to the store about an hour after we had refused the wrong refrigerator and the paperwork had not been caught up back to the store . But the people there walked it through and made it so that we would not have to return again. We appreciated their service.

Ashton was the cashier, and he helped me through using Paypal for the first time to purchase my items. I really appreciate his helpfulness and friendly attitude. I've always had a good experience with Home Depot, but I think the American Fork store is one of the better ones I've ever used. Thanks!

Both associates were helpful and located the items I needed quickly. It was a Saturday, a day when people works trying to improve or fix their homes consequently the store was very busy. I had a little difficulty at first to locate an associate that was not already helping a customer, however, it was not very long when I located the associates in the departments I needed. It was a good experience.

Needed help with finding products offered online in stock at a brick and mortar location. Store associates assisted in locating what I needed and helped with competitive price matching.

Had to find a mgr to help me find associate for flooring dept. Store is always cluttered with items on isles and materials in rows between departments. No one at all on floor in flooring. Associate tried to sell me on unnecessary materials for my job. I actually prefer to drive to other stores. More inventory, more associates and better quality of customer service is definitely found in other locations other than this American Fork Home Depot. I've never been impressed with customer service on the floor OR at the check out. Associates seem to be involved with themselves rather than your projects or issues. Their hearts are not in their work OR their store nevertheless their COMPANY!

Store associates filled my needs well enough.. I had a hard time at first finding the key service desk but that was my own fault.. store seemed dark but clean and lots of associates available

My husband and I recently bought a house and have made many frequent runs to Home Depot for various home improvement items. Every time we go we are satisfied! We always find exactly what we need or find someone who can help us if we can't. We always spend too much time wandering around the store planning and dreaming for our future projects. We can't wait until we are able to build our dreams and we know Home Depot will be there every time to meet our needs.

It's typically easy to find what I'm looking for in this Home Depot and on the occasions that I'm having trouble, an orange vest is typically in view.

The fellow who assisted us in finding asphalt repair items was so nice and pleasant as well as helpful in telling us the best way to use the asphalt repair.

We are remodeling our RV and went to Home Depot for paint and wood flooring. Everything we wanted was available and was on sale. The flooring employees were super helpful to get the best product and the best price for our project and gave us great advice on installing the flooring. I see I can't mention the associates names, but honestly, the experience with their knowledge and helpfulness made this trip a great experience, hardly waiting to get to work on our RV.

We love to shop at Home Depot. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And more than willing to help. It is rare that we can not find what we are looking for at Home Depot. It is actually fun to shop at Home Depot. And the prices are always good.

The new associate was willing & able to give me the needed help finding a new bathroom faucet. When checking out the cashier was extremely helpful & went the extra mile when I ask about an expired gift card I recently found & she gave me some credit anyway. She also made me aware of a 5% discount available when I come in again.

I was looking for just a vinyl tube, was directed to it very quickly and no line at check out.
