I came for paint samples, I know nothing about paint and was just running an errand for my wife. Trevor (working in the paint area) was super cool and helped me with getting a mixed color from a Lowe’s paint sample. Made everything super easy, and then Britney was very swift and kind and fun to talk to during my checkout ☺️

Jacob and Dylan helped me load insulation and they were nice about it

Every staff member i encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Buying the right product made the replacement much less stressful. Britney, Thank you for proactively reaching out and offering to help.

I almost always run into helpful employees at this location. Today was no different. This Home Depot location does a great job with its customer service, even for someone like me that just comes in for home improvement projects and isn’t a big spender like a general contractor, etc.

At previous Home Depot’s I’ve always had a tough time finding someone to help me. I’m not handy but do enjoy learning trick and ideas to improve my home. At American Fork Home Depot, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and every aisle I went through had someone there willing to help me! My cabinet guy Randall Lott was extremely helpful! We needed purchasing the cabinets and countertops weve been shopping for for awhile. He helped us through the process and was so patient! He even stayed passed his shift to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase!! At the end even in the checkout line they were there thanking us and making sure we were ok! We will Shop no where else!!! Thank you AF Home Depot!

Everyone is super friendly here and a lot of available staff, I came in the evening time

Good prices and excellent customer service. A product was stolen from my cart after checkout they veiled their cameras and replace the item. Many situations like this and now will only go to Home Depot. I have spent thousands of & at this store

I browse Home Depot very often. I’m a HVAC tradesman, our company hold an account here. I visit stores all over Utah and store #4417 is my favorite by far. Excellent selection and prices, friendly staff, clean store. I was able to pick up lumber for a project. All lumber was priced extremely fair and was in great condition. Would highly recommend shopping here!

Mason was very helpful and even offered to help load the little bit of lumber that I had when he noticed my broken foot

Zach in mill works is extremely helpful taking the time to understand his guests needs and providing excellent solutions.

I have had enough good experiences at this store to know that they hire people who want to help. So many friendly and knowledgeable employees and great selection of products. The return policy is fabulous too. Their in-store wifi actually works!

Both Brent and Candace were beyond amazing in their kindness, patience and professional help in working to get custom colors for me. I haven't always had such great people in paint to help. Thank you!

A young man named Easton greeted me at the American Fork Home Depot, he was very friendly, and wished to have a conversation with me regarding Christmas and how my day was going, this is very welcome in today’s world with all of the hustle, and bustle that we get caught up in. My hats off to this young man, as he will be very valuable for Home Depot in their establishment.

Went into grab a couple tings and ran into an issue of wrong display tags. Tamper was able to correct the problem and help me understand the differences in the product. Thank you tanner

I was shopping at the American Fork, Utah Home Depot and was ready to check out when I overheard an emplyee in a louder voice tell all of us in the checkout area where an open register was. Rather than just standing there watching us all look for a register, he was very pro active and directed us in a much better checkout exoperience. Mason should be nominated for "Employee of thge Month". Great job Mason. You made my day!! Thanks !!

Asked if i wanted to sign up for a homedepot credit card and signed me up and charged without my permission to a Bank of Missouri card. No one had a clue what they did or who the bank of missouri was...

Just wanted to put a plug in for Home Depot. In this new post-COVID, hard to find employees time, Home Depot still continues to somehow be service oriented and have what I need every time. I am so grateful for their efforts. Keep it up folks, and I'll keep coming!

Michael came to our home to install ceiling fans and was a great deal of help to us.

Having only a few short minutes to pick up 1 item for my home, I thought, oh no, the parking lot is packed! Two friendly associates guided me quickly to where the item would be found alleviating my co concern to get in and out quickly and carry on with my day. Davis helped me find the perfect refrigerator and answered all my questions

Needed help getting an item off a pallet on the top shelves . Associates were extremely helpful, prompt , and friendly in making sure we got we needed in a timely manner .

I knew what I wanted to do on my project, but didn't know the best way to do it. An employee explained the best way to do it and what tools would make it easy. He was right on every point and made my life easier that day.
