Great store, love the place, plenty parking, plenty cashiers, always got me help I needed

This was the 2nd store I visited that day looking for medium storage boxes. This store had only the heavy duty boxes.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the lawn and garden, very easy to find and the space isn't cluttered.

Having the Milwaukee representative on site answered a lot of my questions. Appreciated honest and comprehensive information as opposed to a sales pitch. Staff at the Depot was nice as well.

Always asking if your ready to check out or can I help you find somthing!

This was my 1st time at this location. Walked into the store and younger male assoc was walking by. I asked for help. He reluctantly agreed. I asked where I could find the Masterbuilt Smoker. He didn't know but asked 2 women in that section. One had red hair and I believe the other had black hair (That one I'm not as sure of). While I stood with him, he asked them where the smokers were. One of the women pointed down the aisle and said "down there, on the right". Smokers are large. The women continued their conversation about why they liked shopping at Michael's. No one offered to help me get the item that I came in asking for specifically because I had pre-shopped online. I put the "Team Lift" item into my cart alone. I checked out at CS and briefly mentioned the issue of non-help to the cashier. She had the young guy help me out. I called back to speak to manager and was on hold about 10 minutes, Stephanie answered again and took my name and number for the mgr. He never called me.

Purchased new floors here a while back. hit a few bumps in the road such as, the wrong floors arrived & had to be returned. I ended up waiting an extra couple of months to get the correct order in. But there was no effort which had to be made on my part. 1. The sales staff was professional and knew what they were doing. 2: It was not their fault that the incorrect order was shipped from the floor company. 3. Home Depot laid a temporary carpet (which i was allowed to keep...extra included) at no charge. 4. The floor man they sent did a spectacular job on my home. He was a perfectionist and very detail oriented. Long story short - i got what i payed for, & will do it again with HD in the future, I'd love to see them stock repair parts for household appliances. i hate waiting for packages to arrive by mail order.

Associates were trying to be helpful, they need more training on customer orientation. There should be at least some form of standard greeting and cumminication guidelines set.

The associates at the Service Counter are very helpful!

Everything was more then I expected, my cashier "jake" was not only very polite but was quick to get me done with my shopping. I give him 10/10 stars!!!!

The trip to the Tudor store this afternoon was for gardening supplies. We did not got to purchase items that were work related in any war. The trip was quick and the store staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to get in and out of the store without any delay and easily found what we were looking for.

My favorite local Home Depot. Very informative and fun each visit.

Good selection, associates are pleasent and knowledgable.

I did some online research before going to the store and that made it really easy to get exactly what I needed and be able to talk to associates using the right terminology. It was nice to sound like I knew what I was doing. The associates were friendly and quick and didn't pass me off to other associates. The associates sent to assist me were the right people to answer the question or get me to the products I was looking for. I love shopping in the hardware store and my Home Depot experience makes me want to go again.

Front aisle was cluttered with too much stuff, hard to get around with other shoppers.

Found the store to be clean organized very easy to find the product I was looking for just didn't get the saw that I had so returning the item was very easy.

needs more crew on the floor.i always come here but this time i'm not satisfied at all.i needed help but can't find any associates.i walked every aisle trying to get some help but i failed.where were they?did they all go on break at the same time?and when i was walking out the door i saw someone talking to somebody inside their car, boyfriend or husband maybe?stolen time of work?because she has her home depot apron on.

The store is organized well and although I've come home to realize some products are less than satisfactory (the specific company's fault, not Home Depot), I will say Home Depot has what I need 100% of the time so far.

Original purchase was quick and easy. Fridge was damaged during delivery, so a fix was promised. 3 months later, I had to make an ultimatum that if the doors were not replaced that I'd have to ask for a refund. Manager agreed to replace the entire fridge since a repair was not possible and the lack of initiative from Home Depot's management was the reason. The manager that I worked with was very professional compared to the previous managers that handled my case. He directed me to an associate in the appliance area that was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have to say that those two, and the contract delivery guys (some awesome Samoan guys) are the only reason that I'd be willing to buy another appliance from this Home Depot. If not for the pleasant experience at the end of this 3 month ordeal, I'd have written this Home Depot off as a go-to for anything.

I was able to locate the products I needed, quickly. The prices were good.

As a woman I hate going to get parts for the home. I came into the store and went to the service desk and asked for help. The associate, Kordel knew exactly where the items on my list were. He gave me other options to help with the many projects that we were doing. He was pleasant, personable, and well knowable about what I was talking about. He also suggested other things to assist me with the projects. One thing I noticed as we walked to where the products were was that he picked up any paper or trash that had fallen on the floors. A neat and tidy person. Pleasant and soft spoken. Smiling and made this one of the best ever visit to Home Depot. I am sure he will become management. He has the makeup. :) Brinda

Our Associate went above and beyond to be helpful in the purchase of a refrigerator.

I was looking at products via their mobile App, and it was easy to use, and the products I searched for, I filtered for in store, and it told me what aisle and availability of each item. Which in this case was correct and definitely saved me time wandering through Home Depot. I recommend using the app in conjunction before going to the store and while shopping, especially if its busy and the associate's are hard to find or already helping other customers.
