If you need window coverings go to Home Depot and see Ed. If you need countertops and cabinets go to Home Depot and see Karen. Knowledgeable and fantastic customer service from those two.

Friendly and Awesome service :)

Drove over an hour away after paying online to buy a lawn mower that said there was 16 in stock. Long story short they didn't actually have any. The person at the customer service counter said they meant to call me but got busy and forgot. So I wasted my time driving and bypassing other options to find the lawn mower I wanted. When I did finally buy a lesser model no one helped. The store was an absolute mess and the aisles were cluttered with pallets and randomness. I was struggling to lift a lawn mower in a box onto one of their carts while an employee in the same aisle was texting on his phone and never offered to help. Of course I should have just asked but I was already irritated at this point. The store is clearly poorly managed.

Home Depot is the place to go when you need everything for outdoors in Alaska!

The employees out on the floor were so helpful and answered all my questions. One employee in the Vacuum Cleaner Section helped me decide which Vacuum Cleaner to purchase by comparing all the choices and moving a big ladder so I could see all my choices. He assisted in helping me make the best decision based on my needs, The Cashier, Caden was so professional, excellent and efficient. Home Depot, you have the most excellent employees and it make the shopping experience wonderful. Your employees are friendly and open for questions. Your store is very clean.

Well stocked, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Ed is brilliant! He saves cellular blind cutoffs to give to kids as slinkys. My daughter was thrilled and stayed happy for the entire shopping trip. It's little things like this that make a store great! Thank you Home Depot!!

Excellent customer service of both Adam & Dawn. They value the importance of customer service. Dealt with Adam several times and I always find him friendly and accommodating beyond expectations.

I wish the information on the Home Depot website agreed with the actual products in the store. I went to the Tutor store specifically because the website stated they had several of the tools I needed. In the actual store, those shelves were empty. If not for a fantastic clerk who took 45 minutes to find what I needed in storage, I would have left empty handed.

The Kitchen and Bath person took the time to not just answer my questions but to talk about the project. This was of great assistance. I ended up with something I liked better and with options for the remainder of the project. Tha cashiers were plesant, laughed and interacted. It was so nice!

I was followed very closely by loss prevention and made to feel very uncomfortable when I was shopping I asked the gentleman why he was following me and he was rude disrespectful asked me what I already had stolen he asked what I already had hidden in my jacket I showed him all was good this was in front of several other people in the store it was embarrassing

From my experience, even before the pandemic, these employees seem to have an attitude of not wanting to answer questions or really interact with customers. But the selection of what you need is there, and the wood has always been warped (in the store) but really the only employees that I have really had good encounters with are the cashiers. But the floor hands are a professional type of rude. Where they try not to show that they don’t want to talk to you but stomach the need to have to when customers talk to them.

We live in the bush and we always count on home depot for our needs. Great customer service and they will help you all the way

What a crap year 2020 has been for so many. I had the pleasure of coming in just one day before the 2021 New Year and was taken care of beyond all my expectations. Cathy was my sales associate and she assisted me with buying a couple new appliances for my kitchen. She went above and beyond to make sure all had all the product knowledge I needed, explained installation and warranties in depth. This is great customer service. We will be back to Home Depot for all of our future home improvement needs. Way to bring in the 2021 New Year. Thank you to your great team.
