Home Depot Anderson my favorite garden store I just love the garden department how helpful everybody else I really want to thank Keven and Mike for loading up my truck instantly they are both so professional

The Home Depot fabulous garden selection there’s always something fabulous to find Made my day I got the most incredible two pallets of soil and compost

Always helpful and friendly staff.

New water heater replacement. For 50 years I was in the business. Been retired 10 years. Still like to do what I still can. Usually always find what I need at H D and with interest free for a year makes the trip worth while.

The employees were very helpful to me, the lady in the register was friendly and the guys that loaded the mulch were very helpful and kind!

I really wish that the people walking around Home Depot who work for Home Depot would ask if you need assistance rather than just walk on by and can see you struggling to put stuff like a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood or more into the cart so you can go to the checkout and then it would be nice if they would assist you Loading your vehicle instead they just walk around

I had to purchase a custom Levolor shade. The professionalism, help, and advice that was given to me was wonderful. The employee in that dept. Linda McCall made my purchase and visit a pleasant experience.The employees at the service desk, were equally helpful and caring.The energy in that Anderson store is nothing but positive. It is a pleasure to shop there.

Rick in pro sales is an awesome salesman for HD. Always knows his stuff. You need more people like him.

Went to store to get a aray of items plumbing, electrical and interior doors associates in all 3 areas met me and helped me locate the items I needed will definitely be back for my future projects

Self checkout is a joke. Tried five or six times and was unable to finish the transaction. Attendant was not at all interested in providing assistance. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

I bought a honda generator that was worth more than a thousand dollars and had it shipped to the store. When I came to pick it up the clerks couldn't find it and after a while keeping me waiting they said that most likely someone had stolen my generator. The clerks at this store are placing online orders on the aisle and not in the cages like they are supposed to! I appreciate THD refunded my purchase without issues, but I do not appreciate that the store manager didn't do much about the issue. You have cameras! Use them!!! I would like to know if in fact this was stolen by another customer. I was not offered much help after the money was refunded. I'm never having anything shipped to the store. If an item is unavailable to have it shipped to my place, I will order it from somewhere else.

I was penalized with $58.00 when I must return a wrong vertical curtain I received as a result of a mistake by the person who placed the order for me at the store. I will not return to the Anderson HOme Depot or any Home depot stores in the future. So unfair!
