I went to Home Depot in Ann Arbor to buy a small tractor for mowing lawn a couple days a go. I really impress about the people who work there. They are nice and very helpful. With Mike and Mary Ann help,especially Mary Ann, I made a successful trip. Many thanks to you all.

Kobe in gardening helped me significantly during my recent visit. I have tendon issues so he offered to help with my bags. He is the reason why I'll be returning to this location and telling my friends how great my visit was!

My wife and I always choose Home Depot first when we are looking for anything for one reason: the helpfulness of the employees in finding items AND in advising or answering questions about whatever need we are seeking help with.

The store is consistently clean, orderly, and has good lighting. The employees are generally helpful and knowledgeable.

We ordered the water heater installation on Friday. I can’t remember the employee’s name, but in his busy schedule, he paid attention to our needs right away and explained throughly, even regarding the subcontractors installing . Subcontractors did very good job and we were so thankful for the Home Depot workers work ethic. Water heater was installed and meticulously cleaned.

I spoke to a young woman about Bathroom updating. She shared info. and put me in touch with their remodeling company. A subsequent visit and a thorough estimate resulted in a purchase. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product.

If you need appliances I would highly recommend salesmen Kelly and Ken both are very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and patient. I never thought I would say this about appliance shopping but the experience was great and we both left with complete peace of mind on our purchase.

Missy is pleasant, kind, attentive, and asks good questions regarding my needs and concerns. Mostly, I'm asked by passing HD associates if I need something or if they greet me with a hello or a smile.

In the aftermath of water damage in our basement, I found myself diving in to do some drywall and flooring repairs. My interaction with the flooring department, the measuring person, and the support team on the floor was excellent. I hadn't had this experience before and I really appreciate the attention and care I received during the whole process. My most recent trip involved getting a bunch of painting and drywall repair accessories and several sheets of drywall, baseboard, and furring strips. There was always someone close by offering help. The cashier was super personable and offered to call someone over to help me load. Thank You amd keep up the great work!

The staff at this location is absolutely phenomenal! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked how I could be helped. Special shout out to Jack, Missy and Charlotte! I was nervous about using the key machine, but thanks to this wonderful staff, it was effortless!

Employees always seem to be extra helpful in this store.

This store is going downhill fast. The staff is great but the store is poorly run. A guy at the Pro Desk assured me he would get me a price on ornamental fencing in a day or two and I never heard from him. The store used to be great now its messy and cluttered.

I sure am tired of every cashier begging me to fill out the survey on the receipt. OoOo a chance to win $5000!! Yeah right, ever heard of anyone winning one? I haven't. Instead of a sweepstakes, how about offering a discount or coupon the next time we shop? I won't be filling out another survey, it's a waste of my time.

Perfect materials and good

I bought a dishwasher a week ago, and it was fine (Maytag) much like another I had bought several years ago. What I want to point out is that the service people I dealt with both times were terrific, as were the delivery people who came to install the washers. I don't get it, it surprises me that they have hired such fine staff, but indeed they have. Hats off to the staff! They make shopping in a box store doable!

Since our local stores do not stock much in the way of Halloween decorations, we routinely travel up to 100 miles in any direction to find what we need. This location is about 70 miles from home and is top notch. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond what I expect in terms of making our trip worthwhile. The amount of product they had on hand was very impressive!

Every time that I go there, every single employee has a smile on their face and they greet you and ask you if you need help and they always go above and beyond. In a world that's losing the personal touch, Home Depot remembers how important it is. When the employer takes care of the employees, they perform better because they're happy and it's clear that this is going on at the Carpenter road Ypsilanti Ann Arbor shop. Amazing quantity and quality of diverse products in so many different areas for great prices.

I had the opportunity to return an item where was was serviced by Yohalis. She was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Definitely made the trip worthwhile. Grateful.

I personally love this store because it's pretty well stocked and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Have you ever noticed that you see many of the same employees here year after year? Because management is doing something right which is why these people are so helpful- Obviously they love their job.

I have been going to home depot for around 30 years and have never been disappointed with the stores and products.

This past weekend, I stopped in to pick up some supplies to finish off a few projects. I didn’t grab a cart because I had really only intended to purchase one or two small items…this was a foolish mistake on my part, per usual. By the time I reached the checkout, my arms were overflowing with small tools, spray paint, plumbing parts, an air filter for the furnace, a large water filter, and various other treasures I’d decided I needed along my disjointed travels. As I approached the self checkout, Marianne kindly asked if she could help carry my items and assist me with my overwhelming mountain of goodies. She went above and beyond, helping me to scan my items while showing off her expert skills in Tetris! She managed to pack my chaos neatly into a manageable box, all while carrying on the most genuine conversation I’ve ever experienced during a trip to the store! Marianne made my trip to The Home Depot so memorable, and I will absolutely be back even if it’s just to say hello to such a kind soul! Thank you Marianne for making my day!

I've been a professional vagabond laborer my whole life, and I live at hardware, tool & supply stores across the country and world. Home Depot and Auto Zone are the most common US stores that I frequent, and honestly, the only places I shop 90% of the time. Something about this particular location is different... it's the people. Very, very pleasant experience this week for myself and my crew, working with the fine folks of this HD--says a lot about the store leadership team and leaves a great area impression on visitors from other regions and states. Thank you for your exceptional courtesy and kindness! It shows. Keep up the great work!

The sales associates at this location really care about helping customers find what there looking for. Madison and Justin went above and beyond to help me with what I needed for the project I was working on.
