I purchased a fridge with delivery for the 23rd after mines broke 2 weeks ago. The ysent a damaged one and to add insult the delivery asked if I wanted a discount or to reject. I called asking for a credit and as usual I was only given the run around. Poor customer service on Home Depot, Frid maker and delivery service I will not be purchasing appliances from them for any future items

I like coming to this branch- I feel like the sales are good and The employees are nice and helpful. And there is shade parking sometimes.

paid for a new maytag dyer on 5 -22 got a shipping date of 5-27, now its 6-6 really makes me mad this store has no control of its vender

Being a retired veteran I have been having difficulty getting my discounts. My username and P/W and phone number does not always work. I thank the cashiers for assisting me getting my discounts.

Mr Phil has been very kind and so very helpful, he had helped me multiple times over at the curbside pickups up. I hope that he receive an amazing recognition he deserves. He is absolutely one of the hardest workers in this store.

I ordered a set of Geco Gauges online. The shipper (UPS) managed to lose, misplace, etc. my order at the West Sacramento processing facility. The Customer Service rep at Home Depot immediately reordered the items. This is called "Great Service". I will continue to shop at The Home Depot store #6669.

Hire people who are willing to help. They also need to know about the right tool or merchandise you're looking for.

This is our go to store.. customer service is excellent and associates are ready and willing to answer questions. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you.

Never anyone to help. Women willing to help more than the men. If you even look like you need help, the men will avoid eye contact. I am handicapped using their rider, hard to maneuver in the aisles. rolling ladders in the way.

We are painting our family room, and paint department made sure we had the correct items

I came in to home Depot to buy a clip lamp. I asked a gentleman that was working with another person if I can ask him a question. His name was Nenad. He said don't you see I will help you in a minute don't you see I'm writing? I thought that was very rude and said yes I know what you're doing. As I walked away I said I will look for someone else to help me. He then proceeded to complain to the customer he was with. Another employee helped me his name was Jose and was very nice. On my way out I saw Nenad again and said to him I wished you had been nicer to me I found what I was looking for. He proceeded to tell me he was very nice to me. I said I don't think you heard yourself and you were very rude to me and he said he was not and he started to argue with me and to be rude to me again. I hope they will train this employee to not argue with customers and to be friendlier to customers. The store isn't good store unfortunately some employees need to be retrained on customer service.

Walked into the plumbing dept. asked Keith what size toilet supply line I would buy for my toilet. He laughed at me. I asked him did I say something funny? He said no then insulted me by stating “ see all the toilet lines? How would I know what size you need I told him I didn’t know that and thought they were all standard size for toilets. Just rude service and he’s always been that way every time I go into the Antelope HD I notice his lack of customer service to customers. He doesn’t enjoy his job and he shows it.

I wanted to buy a bag of chicken manure, but Agnes helped me buy a big box of magic fertilizer too.

This Home Depot Store seems to keep more in stock than other stores. The employees are more helpful and have better attitudes.

If looking for a value pack of extra large gloves you will need to go elsewhere they have none and don't really care

I live in Roseville but my Home Store is Antelope Road Home Depot. As compared to other branched, the staff here is so nice and caring that one never want to go to any other store. They go out of the way to help all customer to make sure the customer get everything he wants. I wish the all the best. Keep it Up.

I drove out of my way to get a new bbq grill for mother's day to this location. This guy (Jose) was super awesome. So informative. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Seemed dedicated to his job. I'd like someone like him working for me. You rock Jose!

We were shopping for a couple of items one was very easy to find, however the second one was a tour around the store, however we finally found it the sales associate even carried the item to the check out for us. Thanks you! We will be back!
