Very Happy with the Mailbox from Home Depot

I've been to this store twice, and each time, it has felt exactly like every other Home Depot I've ever been in. The employees are helpful (when you can find one), the store is as clean as can be expected, and it had everything I came in looking for (plus about a trillion other things).

This review is about the great customer service that I received from the young man named William to cashier you was the cashier and yet he went out of his way to help me load my stuff into my car. I appreciated that helpe cuz it was rather difficult to get all the things in the car myself .

I love the Home Depot Arden Arcade location. The head cashier Max is so accommodation and helpful. Jack a cashier is knowledgable in all aspects of the store and demonstrates excellent skill-sets when re-keying locks. It's always a pleasure to see them both there.

There was flooding at the rear of my property, but I was unsure how to address/prevent it. Joseph directed me to the exact products I needed (straw wattles, sandbags), walked me though checkout and helped load the awkward wattles into my car. He and the checker were delightful, helpful, courteous and kind. Wonderful experience in the midst of serious flooding concern.

Sergio and Jade were so helpful. Will come back to this location because of their awesome service. Thank you!

It’s Home Depot, they have pretty much everything you need the hard part is finding it and finding an employee who is helpful enough to do so. Not many employees were willing to help or seemed like they wanted to be there which was unfortunate however we came in contact with an employee by the name of Sergio (d27) he was kind and extremely helpful! He’ll be the reason we return to this specific Home Depot location. Thank you, you are appreciated!

I had bought a new t.v. The delivery company flaked on me. I was in a pinch to try and figure out what to do on short notice? The company I purchased the t.v. from suggested I give Home Depot a call. Instead I went directly there. It was quick easy and far less expensive than using a delivery company. Thank you Home Depot, for making a bad experience into a good one....

I have been to this homedepot way more now than with truxel. That place is a mess. I love this homedepot.

The people in lumber and kitchen cabinets are outstanding and very helpful. The cashiers seem to be above average too.

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores

I went to purchase a new refrigerator and Keith, the dept manager, was so polite and pleasant to work with. He was very careful to find me one with an ice-maker! He is a real asset to Home Depot.

I had a great time looking around , make a big wish list and getting idea. I bought some pavers and found a plant that I can't find anywhere also the color I want it I am create a moonlight garden. I love all the tiles need to get for my next project and everyone so nice and helpful on a hot day in Sacramento.

Friendly staff and clean store. Could do better on stocking shelves. Not on shelf look up and usually find it. But thats true for all the Home Depots in the valley sadly.

I went in not knowing what tools/hardware was the best but affordable for a DIY project and the manager Luis was very helpful and showed me multiple options

I bought an LG french door, 2 freezer drawer refrigerator Sku 1005-138-588, and are very happy with it. It cooled down very quickly so we could place our food in the refrigerator and freezer within 2.5 hours. We are very pleased!

On an early morning visit, I was appalled to see at least 1/4 of shoppers and some staff not wearing face masks.

I appreciate the paint specialist. The service is wonderful.

Had an employee stop by today to get some material. Cashier made a mistake and charged over $3,200 more than the original bill was supposed to be and didn’t even realize it. Employee came back to the job site and realized he was charged incorrectly. I called Home Depot to resolve the situation. Transferred me to the head cashier and he told me that we have to bring the items back to figure out what went wrong. I asked if it can be done over the phone, head cashier said no! So my employee had to go all the way back to Home Depot to get the situation resolved. Huge inconvenience, 2.5 hours of lost time on the job site not to mention the unnecessary drive time. Very frustrated with this Home Depot and how they handled the situation. The lady that did the return did apologize, but none the less I will still avoid this Home Depot as best as I can.

I have been here multiple times. It is closest to me. The customer service in non-existent. The employees will ignore you. When I do ask questions I find they only half know the answer. I think from now on I'll just pay the extra and shop elsewhere. At least my local hardware store greets me at the door.
