We have just come from a storm. The fence at a home I take care of had suffered damage. There was a downed tree in backyard of the family. I went to home depot and became acquainted with their tools and the man there responsible for them. His name was Kenneth. He helped me through the process and got me going on my way! Thanks Kenneth.

I had an exceptional experience tonight at Home Depot. I spent quite a bit of money buying tools the young man, Casey, was just an exceptional person. He stayed with me, he explain things and he made sure I had everything I needed for my project. I cannot say enough good about this young man and the experience I had tonight.

This store has more stock and better parking then other home depot stores in the a 20 mile range.

If you are a do it yourselfers kind of person,or a mediocre handy person,this is definitely the place to go.They answer all your questions.

The Arden Arcade location on Howe Avenue is the best Home Depot that I have ever visited. It is consistently clean and well organized. From the time you drive up and see the neat rows of carts up front, to the helpful staff. It is a really positive experience. I would highly recommend going to this location over any other!

Everyone here is very friendly and always seeking to assist customers. I live nearby and come in often and know of number of people by name. They even will call out to me if I do not see them first. I like that! Everyone is that friendly! Great store to shop at especially if you want quality assistance and any question answered with a smile. I have been doing major remodeling on my 71 year old home during the past few years and could not have been able to get the work done without all of those at this store, with the advice and knowledge they provided. I am getting married soon and my fiancée is very glad to see all the different weekend projects being completed and the place looks great.Thank you, Home Depot on Howe Ave Sacramento #6966

Brian is very unpleasant, rude and enjoys being *smart* with customers. If I ever come back to this location I will go out of my way to avoid him.

Convenient location and I usually find what I'm looking for .

I have been going to HD stores for many years. But at this store, I have noticed recently that when I seek out a staff member for information, I no longer sense that they are scampering away to avoid being asked something, as I and others I know have experienced. They now seem to be looking around as they walk through, to see if anyone is trying to get their attention. In fact, now when I ask where to find a product, the staff ALWAYS stops and walks with me to find my article, even long distances, and then ask if I have any questions they can answer. This is a vast improvement. I feel that when a store makes a tangible effort to save me time, I like having the opportunity to credit their efforts.

The reason I said I wouldn’t be likely to come back to the stores because I live in Hawaii and I was just visiting the area. I came into the store to get a respirator to help with the gas coming from the volcano on the big Island of Hawaii.

My latest trip to Home Depot was such a pleasant experience. I was greeted by several people as I entered, was offered help in several departments along the way, and the sale person found exactly what I needed, even though it was not in his department. Highly recommend this store for many of your household and garden needs, along with great appliances.

This is the cleanest Home Depot in the area. Employees are always helpful and willing to help out.

Employees are available to help you. If you know what you want you can look it up online and it'll tell you exactly what aisle it's in.

I have been to most of the Home depot Stores in northern CA, and I have to say that this store has one of the best staff I have encountered anywhere. The pro sales is quick and friendly, even though they push so much volume on any given day. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and fast. Over the years I've built relationships with many familiar faces at this home depot and that is the reason why they will always have my business.
