The Customer Service at this location was very poor. No one approached to assist me and the cashiers are rude. It appeared to that the more confused I looked the faster the sales people would walk by me. My order was not ready when they said it would be which cost me money because the contractor had to wait over an hour to pick it up. I am not going to be shopping at this Home Depot anymore. There was one positive and his name was Roderick. Once I asked for a sales person he came and gave EXCELLENT service!!

Worst customer service I ever had, will not go there ever again!!! we love the products and some of the prices its close to home but bad customer service.

This is about the worst experience I have had in getting repairs done. It took an hour and a half to order a garage door installed. The supplier did not call back within the time I was told. The installer did not call back within the time I was told. So far, I am waiting for somebody to maybe call back tomorrow to tell me what is happening. I asked to have a door installed as soon as possible, but it has been two weeks. There are a lot of other garage door installers that I am sorry I didn't use.

Not the best Home Depot for simple home improvement person or handyman. They really cater to the contractors. Parking lot just congested. Out of simple plumbing fittings and short piping. Lumber. had paged associate numerous times to cut lumber, no one ever showed. Lucky for me one young associate from pro section helped me out. Checkout, only one not so happy cashier, that would not even bag for me, even purchased bags here. I am disabled with a cane, a little friendliness & assistance would have been nice. I had to go to a competitor to find items I still needed.

Having been here multiple times, it's clear no one wants to be here, neither the employees nor the customers. Everyone is unhappy. I've rented tools a few times with no issues but today was overcharged, argued with about it despite it clearly saying online and on the shelf what the price was, that there was a difference in tools (nope), no one offered to correct it, no manager bothered to show up. Eventually I got a portion of it refunded but the tool rental person kept arguing with me over something that is clearly stated in the contract as optional, that I didn't ask for nor was I told about. Overall it's clear the customer is always wrong here no matter what you say or what a written contract states. The store is always a mess, no one ever wants to help. Everyone is always so surly. Only once did I get helpful service but it's obviously a rarity. Probably the last time I'll ever stop at this location.

Had a bad experience with customer service; not with my cashier, but the cashier next to her. I was asking questions about the extended warranty being offered to me from the air conditioner I was purchasing when the other cashier said in a loud rude voice that I was holding up the line. Not only did she that, but she pushed another customer in front of my and told my cashier to attend to him without even apologizing to me or asking if it was okay for her to do that. I requested for the floor manager and her supervisor came and still when her supervisor she continued to laugh, smirk, role her eyes, and argue with my husband until her supervisor stepped up to her and she left. My cashier took her time and answered my questions as a paying customer that I was and am.

Staff is friendly and always accessible. Today in the pluming department, Octavio assisted me and thanks to him I was able to complete my bath faucet project

The world’s laziest employees I have ever seen. Assistance? Good luck finding someone. Takes 40mins to have an employee tell you - He’s on break, you have to wait for assistance. The service desk employees, including the Pro-desk , were amazing and awesome in taking care of my request. They would not leave until the issue was resolved. Nicole the supervisor and her staff were great and went above and beyond. Great team.

I LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND I AM HAPPY TO CALL THIS MY HOME DEPOT STORE . WHEN YOU GO IN YOU ALWAYS SEE A SMILING FACE . PEOPLE EAGER TO HELP . AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. EVEN THE POOR GUYS AND THE RETURN DESK WHEN THEY DEAL WITH UNSAVORY CUSTOMERS THEY DO IT WITH A SMILE AND THEY DONT COMPLAIN WHEN THEY LEAVE. EVEN THE HOT DOG LADY IS VERY PLEASANT , I HOPE THIS REVEIW IS HELPFUL

The cashier are not helpful at and said she didnt speak Spanish at the end she did. Also they need to learn the diffrents between fake and real bills

Horrible customer service! Don't expect to be treated with any respect here - for you as a person or for your time. Guess since it's in a not-so-nice neighborhood and they need security at entrance and exit- they feel they can just give you attitude. the register clerks were quite friendly - but the manager that got involved in my transaction clearly did not like that I disturbed her trip to the hot dog stand

The paint associates were very engaging and helpful. This is a complete change from about 10 years ago. I didn't expect the associate to go and grab the paint base after showing her the control numbers. Great service!

This location is by far the BEST location I have ever visited, bought from, and met such friendly, kind, and willing to help employees. They maintain professionalism even when they are dealing with difficult people and seek to promote Excellent customer service. I choose to ONLY go to this location.

Clean store with great selection, and really friendly employees! The garden center is awesome for being so close to the city.

This store is conveniently located near where I do most of my work. However, many of the employees don't seem knowledgeable or interested in the products they sell. I've only had one encounter (April 12th, 2018) with a cashier who was willfully rude to me. She deliberately ignored my question about whether I could pay for lumber at the self check out, then became combative when I called her out on ignoring me (so that she could finish her conversation with her friend). For the most part, the store is well organized. Unless you have to ask questions about fasteners or other material you need for your project, you should be able to get out and back to work fairly efficiently.

I would love to see Home Depot have a special workshop day that help the Young men in the community to develop skills. Home Depot can be apart of them becoming productive citizens and give them skills they will have for the rest of there lives!!

i live close to the store and it is convenient for me to shop here. Most of the staff is helpful although you run into a few who have attitude problems and have no customer service experience. I have been shopping here since it has opened. There inventory is usually pretty stocked. Also a great place to rent special equipment my only problem what that is that now you need a major credit card to rent anything which has been a headache for me. Other then that nice place to shop at most of the time.
