after today visit I will come back....

The employees were very helpful each time I asked where items or materials was. The employees would even say" follow me" they would take me to the item. Employees in the rug area stay with me through the entire time and checked the box of stair covers to make sure the two boxes were the same. This will saver me time by preventing me from returning to the store.

For having such a crowd on black Friday sales the store and employees were very organized and helpful

Associates welcomed me and took the time to ask if I needed help at this store, Nicole was the first one to make me feel welcomed but other 2 associates asked if I needed help, I felt welcomed. Fantastic

A visit to the #1974 Cicero Ave location is worth the extra few minutes drive. The staff is extremly polite, helpful, and hard working. The store is well stocked and organized in a manner that anyone can locate items needed. I enjoyed strolling throughout the store in a peaceful manner with staff readily available for any questions I had. I'm a Do It Yourself home project person and have adopted this store as my location to shop, even though it's not the closest.

Employees should take customers to go find an item that they are looking for, not just tell you where in the store to find it. Some employees do and others do not.

Kiera and Kelley are all stars. Very efficient, informative and polite. I've been to various Home Depots, my visit with them are always great because they help my workers and I get in and out.

This particular time it was, thanks to associate Khadarion (hope I spelled his name correctly). Due to his great customer services skills and his recommendations, I finally got what I needed as far as a product is concerned.

Compared to other Home Depots this one is better. Some associates hide from work others like Kiera and Jimmy are concerned and willing to go out of their way to help customers. I was at returns waiting for a very long time, the young lady at returns called for Kiera to come down and she helped every customer in line including me. The other young lay continued to move slow and text on her phone which made the line move slower. My return involved jimmy in plumbing he and Kiera were both great. Management needs to get rid of the correct bad apples.

I was help with a project in progress by two store associates that answered my questions and helped with suggestions, I was completely satisfied and will be back for more materials as project continue to progress.

This is definitely a home depot to give your business too,customer service is phenomenal

Pretty good store. Not sure if i would buy if I had a complex project with specific tools. Associates not versed enough on latestr. But would go if in a pinch.

The store was organized and easy to find or the employees were there to assist you.

My husband and I were sent to the Garden Department for some fence connectors we needed. The connectors were not in the Garden Department but at the opposite corner of the store. John Trimuel, from the Garden Dept. noticed that my husband was limping and told us to stay put and that he'd go get our items. This was way above and beyond his job duties, I'm sure. What fantastic customer service!!!!

This is the second time I've written a review about this store. How this store is still in business I'm not sure. There is literally NO ONE around to help with any questions and when you do find someone their best answer is usually "let me call someone over here, this isn't my department." They (home depot) caters specifically to contractors which is evident by how quickly they're able to get in and out. But me, the lowly DIYer is forced to fend for myself. God forbid I have to ask someone a question about my project like which wood would be best or what paint should I use for this particular project. Also, this store is not female friendly. I hate having to go to this store because when picking up lumber I received no assistance(nor was there anyone around) to get it down from the shelves. The contractors on the other hand receive all the assistance they need!! Most of the staff is at the front talking amongst themselves. When I ask for assistance in a particular department most of the time the person never ends up meeting me there. If I ask for assistance from someone in a department they're in they usually don't know how to answer because they don't know. So really going to a home depot is just another store. The associates that do have an opinion about a particular object are few and far between. Overall if you like being ignored go to this store. If you already know exactly what you're looking for, go to this store (heaven forbid you can't find your item, that's a whole different ordeal on its own). If you're a contractor, DEFINITELY go to this store. If you're a DIY and need assistance, you're better off researching what you'll need before you go. And bring a hand, as assistance is sparse.

When I need any type of assistance at this store I can always find someone to help me. And when I don't need assistance, it seems like there are always associates asking if they CAN help. The associates know the store and not only do they tell me where I can find the products I need, but, most of the time, they escort me to the item's location.

Always have courteous and efficient customer service when shopping at this location.

I have been shopping at this location for a long time and I am very well satisfied. The in store experience was great.

I have been to this store many times in the past year and it is always organized in a manner that makes products easy to find. I was looking for light bulbs and they were right where they were supposed to be, with the electrical supplies. Also, I would like to mention that this store was very clean and neat. Yes there were some boxes in some aisles, but that is because they were filling the shelves. That is normal supplying. The associates were right there doing they're jobs. This visit was a pleasant one.

Every time I visit this store, it's always clean, organized and the associates are always friendly and willing to help.

The associates at this Home Depot are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and easy going. It's always a pleasure shopping there. They even greet by name at the Pro Desk every time I come in!! Good selection of products too!
