I love shopping at this store even though I have one closer from my house but the service you get at this Home Depot is amazing.

Need to be professional when dealing with customers

The PRO Desk at this store is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to helping the professional tradesman find what they're looking for and at searching for any special bulk pricing. Kudos to this store for realizing the need for a special program to help the tradesman get in and get out of a store quickly.

Never seems to be out of stock, employees are friendly and it's conveniently located near public transit.

Everything in the store looked exceptional. The associate that helped me in storage not only helped me but engaged my children which always makes an experience better. He made sure I had everything I needed before he left and made sure I knew how to install the shelving materials I purchased.

The guy you need is never around. Seem to find the guy that can't find the guy you need. Found everything on my own.

I had have been shopping at this home depot store for almost 12 years, but today the customer service and the check out cashiers was a disaster no associates were around their departments and the cashiers attending with a really disrespect service

I was helped by a busy store associate who took the time to tell me where to find the Bed Bug spray that I was searching for. I was really pleased to find a Organic version of bed bug spray that did not cause me any problems or poison issues breathing the fumes when I sprayed. I'm very impressed that Home Depot is in tune with environment friendly products. Finally, Cindy who was a check out associate, was very friendly and really sweet as she assisted me with the self-service check-out of the product I bought. She had an awesome sense of humor too. Thanks Home Depot!

The level of customer service I received today at this location was simply outstanding. I needed to replace my gate on my privacy fence and was clueless as to my next steps. I approached an associate and expressed my concerns and he took it from there making my entire experience seemless!. I got everything I needed during my visit & I was able to install / replace my gate. #TEAMMILLWORKERS
